Claims (19)
- 유리판과 수지판을 접합시킨 복합 기판으로서,
유리판의 굴절률(nd)이 1.55 이상 2.3 이하이고, 또한 수지판의 굴절률(nd)이 1.55 이상 2.3 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 기판. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
유리판은 유리 조성으로서 mol%로 SiO2 10∼70%, B2O3 0∼10%, SrO+BaO+La2O3+Nb2O5 0.1∼60%, La2O3 0∼35%, Li2O+Na2O+K2O 0∼15%를 함유하고, 몰비(MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO)/(La2O3+Nb2O5+BaO+TiO2+ZrO2)가 0.1∼4이며, 왜점이 600℃ 이상, 굴절률(nd)이 1.55∼2.3인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 기판. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
유리판은 액상 온도 1250℃ 이하의 유리로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 기판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
유리판은 액상 점도 103.5d㎩·s 이상의 유리로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 기판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
유리판은 오버플로우 다운드로우법으로 성형되어서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 기판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
유리판의 적어도 한 쪽 표면의 표면 거칠기(Ra)는 10㎚ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 기판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
유리판의 판 두께는 2.0㎜ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 기판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
유리판은 밀도 4.0g/㎤ 이하의 유리로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 기판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
유리판의 치수는 폭 100㎜ 이상, 길이 100㎜ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 기판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
수지판은 폴리염화비닐, 폴리염화비닐리덴, 폴리스티렌, 스티렌아크릴로니트릴 공중합체, 폴리에스테르, 폴리아미드, 폴리이미드, 폴리우레탄, 에폭시 수지, 폴리카보네이트, 아크릴 중 어느 1종으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 기판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
수지판의 적어도 한 쪽 표면에 요철 구조가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 기판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
수지판의 적어도 한 쪽 표면의 표면 거칠기(Ra)는 0.5㎚ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 기판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
수지판의 판 두께는 0.01∼3㎜인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 기판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
유리판과 수지판 사이에 접착재층을 갖고, 상기 접착재층의 두께는 100㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 기판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
(수지판의 굴절률(nd))-(유리판의 굴절률(nd))의 값은 0.001∼0.1인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 기판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
복합 기판의 헤이즈값은 5% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 기판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
조명 디바이스에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 기판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
유기 EL 조명에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 기판. - 제 1 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
유기 EL 디스플레이에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 기판.
