Claims (6)
- 제 1 단부 측(5)에서 축선 방향(3)을 따라 배치된 유입구(4)와 제 2 단부 측(7)에 배치된 유출구(6)를 구비한, 유체(8)용 하우징(2), 및 상기 하우징에 동심으로 배치된 적어도 하나의 외측 셸 튜브(9) 및 내측 셸 튜브(10)를 적어도 구비한, 열교환기(1)가 설치된 장치로서, 상기 하우징(2)은 또한 상기 유입구(4)에 인접하는 환형 제 1 덕트(11)와 상기 유출구(6)의 상류에 배치된 환형 제 2 덕트(12)를 구비하고, 상기 제 1 덕트(11) 및 상기 제 2 덕트(12)는 상기 내측 셸 튜브(10)와 상기 외측 셸 튜브(9) 사이의 중간 공간(14)에서 축선 방향(3)으로 뻗어있는, 유체(8)용 복수의 유동 경로(13)에 의해 연결되고, 각각의 경우에 적어도 하나의 열교환기 튜브(15)가 복수의 유동 경로(13)에 배치되고, 상기 유체(8)가 상기 유입구(4)를 통해 상기 환형 제 1 덕트(11)로 유동하고, 상기 복수의 유동 경로(13)를 통해 상기 환형 제 2 덕트(12)로 순차적으로 안내되며, 상기 유출구(6)를 통해 상기 하우징(2)을 빠져나오는 열교환기(1)가 설치된 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 내측 셸 튜브(10) 및/또는 상기 외측 셸 튜브(9)는 축선 방향(3) 및 원주 방향(17)으로 뻗어있는 구조부(16)를 구비하고, 상기 중간 공간(14)에서 단면 협폭부(18) 및 단면 확폭부(19)를 교호로 형성하며, 상기 단면 확폭부(19)는 각각의 경우에 하나의 유동 경로(13)를 형성하는 열교환기(1)가 설치된 장치. - 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
싱기 열교환기 튜브(15)는 상기 제 1 덕트(11)를 넘어 및/또는 상기 제 2 덕트(12)를 넘어 상기 축선 방향(3)으로 뻗어있고, 그리고 상기 하우징(2) 외측에서, 적어도 하나의 포트(2)를 통해 쿨란트 공급부(21)와 연결되는 열교환기(1)가 설치된 장치. - 청구항 1 내지 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
열전기 부재(22)는 상기 열교환기 튜브(15)에 배치되는 열교환기(1)가 설치된 장치. - 청구항 1 내지 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 유체(8)를 분기시키는 가이드 부재(40)는 상기 유동 경로(13)에 제공되는 열교환기(1)가 설치된 장치. - 내연 기관(24)과, 배기 라인(25)과, 상기 배기 라인(25)에 배치된 청구항 1 내지 5 중 어느 한 항에 따른 장치를 구비하고, 상기 유체(8)는 내연 기관(24)의 배기 가스인 자동차(23).
