Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 물체의 표면을 플라스마가 형성되기 쉬운 정도의 낮은 압력의 기체에 놓는 단계; 및
가스에서 플라스마를 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는 고무 재료를 포함한 물체의 표면 처리 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 기체는 플루오르 가스인 방법. - 제 2항에 있어서,
상기 플루오르 가스는 테트라플루오르메탄 및/또는 헥사플루오르메탄을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 물체는 차량의 타이어를 만드는 과정에서 사용되는 블래더(bladder)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 표면 처리는 처리에 의해서 고무 재료의 표면층이 물체의 기대수명에 상응하는 기대수명을 갖도록 개질된 특성을 가질 때까지 수행되는 것인 방법. - 제 4항 또는 제 5항에 있어서,
상기 표면 처리는 처리에 의해서 고무 재료의 표면층이 물체의 기대수명에 상응하는 기대수명을 갖도록 개질된 특성을 가질 때까지 수행되며, 상기 블래더는 플라스마 처리 동안 스트레칭된 상태(stretched position)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 스트레칭(stretching)은 기계적 수단에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 스트레칭(stretching)은 블래더 안의 공기 또는 가스압에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항의 방법을 사용하여 얻어진 표면을 갖는 고무 재료를 포함하는 물체.
- 제 9항에 있어서,
상기 물체는 차량의 타이어를 만드는 과정에 사용되는 블래더인 것을 특징으로 하는 물체. - 제 9항 또는 제 10항에 있어서,
상기 물체는 제 5항 또는 제 6항의 방법을 사용하여 만들어진 블래더인 것을 특징으로 하는 물체. - 제 9항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 스트레칭은 타이어 제조 공정에서 블래더에 나타는 것과 동일 또는 유사한 방법으로 블래더를 스트레칭하기 위해서 기계적으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물체. - 제 9항 내지 제 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 스트레칭은 타이어 제조 공정에서 블래더에 나타는 것과 동일 또는 유사한 방법으로 블래더를 스트레칭하기 위해서 압축 공기 또는 압축 가스를 이용하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 물체.
