도 7은 도 2에 도시된 도전체를 개략적으로 도시한 사시도,
도 8은 단방향 연결방식이 채용된 그릴 셔터 구동장치를 개략적으로 도시한 사시도, 그리고,
도 9는 양방향 연결방식이 채용된 그릴 셔터 구동장치를 개략적으로 도시한 사시도이다.

Claims (10)
- 전기 코일이 권선되는 복수의 권선치를 구비하여, 자화되는 고정자; 및
영구자석을 구비하여 자성을 가지며, 상기 고정자의 자화에 의해 간섭되어 회전되는 회전자;
를 포함하며,
상기 복수의 권선치는 짝수개가 상호 방사형으로 이격되어 마련되되, 상호 마주하는 복수의 권선치 중 어느 일측에만 상기 전기 코일이 권선되도록 비대칭 구조를 가지는 모터유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 회전자는 방사상으로 착자되는 영구자석을 포함하는 모터유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 권선치는 상호 이격되는 복수의 제1권선치와, 상기 복수의 제1권선치 사이에 배치되며 상기 제1권선치 보다 긴 길이를 가짐으로써 상기 전기 코일이 권선되는 복수의 제2권선치를 포함하는 모터유닛.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 제1 및 제2권선치는 각각 120도 간격으로 상호 이격되도록 각각 복수개 마련되는 모터유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 회전자는 회전되는 로터, 상기 로터의 회전축 상에 개재되는 베어링 및, 상기 로터의 외주면에 대해 방사상으로 설치되는 영구자석을 포함하는 모터유닛.
- 공기가 유입되는 경로에 설치되는 복수의 그릴 셔터를 구동시키기 위한 그릴 셔터 구동장치에 있어서,
상기 복수의 그릴 셔터 사이에 개재되는 몸체유닛;
상기 몸체유닛 내에 설치되어, 상기 그릴 셔터를 구동시키는 구동력을 발생시키는 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 모터유닛;
상기 모터유닛의 구동력 발생을 제어하는 제어유닛; 및
상기 모터유닛의 구동력을 상기 그릴 셔터로 제공하는 연결유닛;
을 포함하는 그릴 셔터 구동장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 몸체유닛은 상기 모터유닛의 고정자 위치를 자세 고정시키기 위한 적어도 하나의 고정 가이더가 마련되는 그릴 셔터 구동장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 모터유닛의 구동력을 다단 감속시키도록 상기 회전자와 맞물려 다단 감속시키는 복수의 감속기어를 포함하는 감속유닛을 포함하는 그릴 셔터 구동장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제어유닛은 상기 그릴 셔터가 장착된 환경의 온도를 기 설정된 기준값과 비교하여 상기 모터유닛의 구동력을 선택적으로 제어하는 그릴 셔터 구동장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,
상기 제어유닛은 상기 몸체유닛에 마련되는 전력 공급원과 연결되는 도전체와 압입 방식으로 상호 체결되어 전기적으로 연결되는 그릴 셔터 구동장치.
