Claims (12)
- 배기가스 터보차저(1)에 있어서,
압축기 하우징(3), 터빈 하우징(4), 및 베어링 하우징(5)을 구비한 차저 하우징(2); 및
상기 차저 하우징(2)에 체결되며, 하우징 하부 부품(7) 및 하우징 상부 부품(8)을 구비한 제어 캡슐(6)을 포함하고,
상기 차저 하우징(2)은 체결 브래킷(9)을 구비하며,
상기 하우징 하부 부품(7) 및 상기 하우징 상부 부품(8)은, 상기 제어 캡슐(6)을 형성하기 위해 사전조립될 수 있고, 상기 차저 하우징(2)으로부터 분리되며, 상기 제어 캡슐(6)의 장착 상태에서 상기 체결 브래킷(9)에 연결되는 별개의 부품들로서 형성되는 배기가스 터보차저. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 하우징 하부 부품(7) 및 상기 하우징 상부 부품(8)은 상기 체결 브래킷(9)에 나사결합되는 배기가스 터보차저. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 하우징 하부 부품(7) 및 상기 하우징 상부 부품(8)은 사전조립 상태에서 부분적으로 플랜지가 형성되는 배기가스 터보차저. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 하우징 하부 부품(7) 및 상기 하우징 상부 부품(8)은 사전조립 상태에서 적어도 1개의 클립(10)에 의해 고정되는 배기가스 터보차저. - 배기가스 터보차저(1)의 제조 방법에 있어서,
체결 브래킷(9)이 부착된 차저 하우징(2)을 제조하는 단계;
제어 캡슐(6)의 하우징 하부 부품(7)을 제조하는 단계;
상기 제어 캡슐(6)의 하우징 상부 부품(8)을 제조하는 단계;
이동 고정 수단(10)에 의해 상기 하우징 하부 부품(7) 및 상기 하우징 상부 부품(8)을 서로 결합시킴으로써 상기 제어 캡슐(6)을 사전조립하는 단계; 및
상기 사전조립된 제어 캡슐(6)을 상기 체결 브래킷(9)에 고정하는 단계를 포함하는 방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
부분 플랜지 형성부에 의해 상기 하우징 하부 부품(7) 및 상기 하우징 상부 부품(8)을 연결함으로써 상기 제어 캡슐(6)을 사전조립하는 단계를 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제5항에 있어서,
상기 하우징 하부 부품(7) 및 상기 하우징 상부 부품(8)에 적어도 1개의 클립을 부착함으로써 상기 제어 캡슐(6)을 사전조립하는 단계를 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제어 캡슐(6)을 상기 체결 브래킷(9)에 고정하는 단계는 나사 연결에 의해 실현되는 방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 나사 연결은 상기 하우징 상부 부품(8) 측으로부터 실현되는 방법. - 제5항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 체결 브래킷(9)은 상기 차저 하우징(2)에 일체로 부착되는 방법. - 제5항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 체결 브래킷(9)은 상기 차저 하우징(2)에 연결된 별개의 구성요소로서 형성되는 방법. - 제5항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제어 캡슐(6)을 상기 차저 하우징(2)에 고정하는 단계는 완전 자동 방식으로 이루어지는 방법.
