Abstract
따라서 가공이 용이하고, 요구하는 고정도를 만족할 수 있어 정밀도를 향상시키기 위한 후가공으로 인한 비용을 절감할 수 있어 경제적이며, 가공 시 변형에 강인하여 가공 시 발생하는 불량률을 저감시킬 수 있다.

Claims (7)
- 메인프레임과, 상기 메인프레임과 결합하는 고정스크롤과, 상기 고정스크롤과 맞물려 선회 운동하는 선회스크롤을 포함하는 스크롤 압축기에서 상기 메인프레임과 상기 선회스크롤 사이에 구비되어 상기 선회스크롤의 자전을 방지하는 스크롤 압축기의 올댐 커플링에 있어서,
링(Ring) 형상의 몸체; 및
상기 몸체의 측부에서 각각 돌출되어 상기 메인프레임과 상기 선회스크롤 각각에 형성된 키홈에 삽입되는 복수개의 키부를 포함하되,
상기 복수개의 키부 중 적어도 일부는 상기 몸체의 반경방향을 따라 돌출되는 스크롤 압축기의 올댐 커플링. - 청구항 1에 있어서
상기 복수개의 키부 모두는 상기 몸체의 반경방향을 따라 돌출되는 스크롤 압축기의 올댐 커플링. - 청구항 1에 있어서
상기 복수개의 키부 중에서 일부는 상기 몸체의 반경방향을 따라 돌출되게 구비되고, 나머지는 상기 몸체의 폭방향을 따라 돌출되게 구비되는 스크롤 압축기의 올댐 커플링. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 키부는,
상기 몸체의 내측 반경방향으로 돌출되게 구비되는 스크롤 압축기의 올댐 커플링. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 키부는,
상기 몸체의 외측 반경방향으로 돌출되게 구비되는 스크롤 압축기의 올댐 커플링. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 키부는, 상기 메인프레임에 형성된 제1키홈에 삽입되는 제1키와, 상기 선회스크롤에 형성된 제2키홈에 삽입되는 제2키를 포함하며,
상기 제1키는 상기 몸체의 외측 반경방향 또는 내측 반경방향으로 구비되고, 상기 제2키는 상기 몸체의 내측 반경방향으로 구비되는 스크롤 압축기의 올댐 커플링. - 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 몸체는,
원형 또는 타원형인 스크롤 압축기의 올댐 커플링.
