Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 간단한 공정으로 용이하게 고리형 올레핀 중합체를 제조할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 저가인 텅스텐계 화합물과 유기알루미늄 할라이드 화합물을 혼합하여 제조된 촉매와 아민계 화합물을 이용함으로써 겔의 생성이 없이 고수율로 고리형 올레핀 중합체를 제조할 수 있어 경제적인 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

Claims (8)
- 촉매 및 반응속도 조절제가 함유된 중합용 비극성 용매 존재하에, 고리형 올레핀 화합물의 개환중합을 수행하여 고리형 올레핀 공중합체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,
상기 촉매는 텅스텐염 화합물 및 유기알루미늄 할라이드 화합물이고, 상기 반응속도 조절제는 화학식 1 또는 화학식 2로 표시되는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 고리형 올레핀 공중합체의 제조방법:
[화학식 1]
상기 화학식 1에서, A 및 B는 동일하거나 상이하고, 각각 독립적으로 H 또는 NRH이며, R은 H 또는 탄소원자수 1 ~ 5의 알킬기이며,
[화학식 2]
상기 화학식 2에서, X는 O, CO, SO2, C(CH3)2 또는 C(CF3)2이고, R은 H 또는 탄소원자수 1 ~ 5의 알킬기임.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 텅스텐염 화합물은 WCl6, WCl4, WOCl4, W(CO)6, W(OC6H5)6, WCl2(OC6H5)4, W(CO)3(CH3CN)3 및 W(OEt2)Cl3로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고리형 올레핀 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기알루미늄 할라이드 화합물은 디메틸알루미늄 클로라이드, 디에틸알루미늄 클로라이드, 디프로필알루미늄 클로라이드, 디이소부틸알루미늄 클로라이드, 디옥틸알루미늄 클로라이드, 메틸알루미늄 디클로라이드, 에틸알루미늄 디클로라이드, 프로필알루미늄 디클로라이드, 이소부틸알루미늄 디클로라이드, 옥틸알루미늄 디클로라이드, 메틸알루미늄 세스퀴클로라이드, 에틸알루미늄 세스퀴클로라이드 및 부틸알루미늄 세스퀴클로라이드로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고리형 올레핀 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합용 비극성 용매는 헥산, 헵탄, 옥탄, 이소옥탄, 시클로펜탄, 메틸시클로펜탄, 시클로헥산, 메틸시클로헥산, 에틸시클로헥산, 벤젠, 톨루엔, 클로로벤젠 및 o-디클로로벤젠으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고리형 올레핀 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 텅스텐염 화합물과 상기 유기알루미늄 할라이드 화합물은 1:1~1:50의 몰비로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고리형 올레핀 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 텅스텐염 화합물과 상기 화학식 1 또는 화학식 2로 표시되는 화합물은 1:0.1~1:1,000의 몰비로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고리형 올레핀 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합용 비극성 용매와 고리형 올레핀 화합물의 중량비는 2:1 내지 100:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 고리형 올레핀 공중합체의 제조방법.
