Claims (22)
- 하기를 포함하는 몰딩 재료 혼합물용 점결제:
(A) 폴리올 화합물로서 하나 이상의 페놀성 수지를 포함하고, 분자당 둘 이상의 히드록시기를 포함하는, 하나 이상의 폴리올 화합물; 및
(B) 분자당 둘 이상의 이소시아네이트기를 포함하고, 분자당 하나 이상의 우레톤이민기 및/또는 카르보디이미드기를 더 포함하는, 하나 이상의 이소시아네이트 화합물. - 제1항에 있어서,
하기를 포함하는 2-성분 또는 다중-성분 시스템 형태의 점결제:
(a) 이소시아네이트 화합물을 포함하지 않고 폴리올 화합물(A)을 포함하는 폴리올 성분; 및
(b) 폴리올 화합물을 포함하지 않고 이소시아네이트 화합물(B)을 포함하는 이소시아네이트 성분. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
용매, 가소제 및/또는 첨가제를 추가 성분으로서 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 점결제. - 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 성분 (a) 및/또는 (b)의 하나 이상, 특히 폴리올 성분 (a)는 용매를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 점결제. - 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 이소시아네이트 성분은 적어도 하기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 점결제:
1.0 중량% 초과의, 바람직하게는 2 내지 35 중량%의, 분자당 둘 이상의 이소시아네이트를 포함하고 분자당 하나 이상의 우레톤이민기 및/또는 카르보디이미드기를 더 포함하는 이소시아네이트 화합물. - 제2항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 이소시아네이트 성분은 40 중량% 이하, 특히 20 중량% 이하의 용매를 포함하거나, 또는 용매를 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 점결제. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
우레톤이민기 및/또는 카르보디이미드기를 포함하지 않고 2 내지 5개의 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 하나 이상의 이소시아네이트 화합물을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 점결제. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 이소시아네이트 화합물(B)은 방향족 디이소시아네이트 또는 폴리이소시아네이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 점결제. - 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 페놀성 수지는 전이금속 촉매, 특히 아연 촉매를 사용하여 산 매질에서 페놀 화합물을 알데히드 화합물과 반응시켜 획득될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 점결제. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 촉매는 아연 화합물, 특히 아연 아세테이트 이수화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 점결제. - 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 페놀성 수지는 벤질 에테르 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 점결제. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 페놀 화합물은 페놀, o-크레졸, p-크레졸, 비스페놀 A 및 카르다놀로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 점결제. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 알데히드 화합물은 하기 식의 알데히드인 것을 특징으로 하는 점결제:
R-CHO,
식 중, R은 수소 원자 또는 탄소기, 바람직하게는 탄소수 1 내지 8의 탄소기, 특히 바람직하게는 탄소수 1 내지 3의 탄소기를 나타냄. - 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
점결제에 대하여 하기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 점결제:
8 내지 70 중량%, 특히 10 내지 62 중량%의 폴리올 화합물, 특히 페놀성 수지 또는 그 반응 생성물;
13 내지 78 중량%, 특히 17 내지 70 중량%의 이소시아네이트 화합물 또는 그 반응 생성물; 및
2 내지 57 중량%, 특히 3 내지 53 중량%의 용매. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 성분 (a) 및 (b)는 0.8 내지 1.2 : 1.2 내지 0.8의 중량비로 점결제 내에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 점결제. - 하기를 점결제로서 포함하는 몰딩 재료 혼합물:
(A) 분자당 둘 이상의 히드록시기를 포함하는 하나 이상의 폴리올 화합물;
(B) 분자당 둘 이상의 이소시아네이트기를 포함하고, 분자당 하나 이상의 우레톤이민기 및/또는 카르보디이미드기를 더 포함하는, 하나 이상의 이소시아네이트 화합물; 및
(C) 내화성 몰딩 기재 재료. - 제16항에 있어서,
상기 점결제는 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 의해 더 특징지어지는 것인 몰딩 재료 혼합물. - 제16항 또는 제17항에 있어서,
상기 내화성 몰딩 기재 재료는 올리빈, 샤모트, 보크사이트, 알루미늄 실리케이트 중공구, 유리 비드, 유리 과립, 합성 세라믹 몰딩 기재 재료 및/또는 실리카, 특히 실리카 모래, 지르콘 모래 또는 크롬 광석 모래 형태로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 몰딩 재료 혼합물. - 하기 단계를 포함하는, 주조 몰드 또는 코어로서 성형 바디를 제조하는 방법:
(i) 내화성 몰딩 기재 재료를 하기 (A) 및 (B)를 포함하는 점결제와 혼합하여 몰딩 재료 혼합물을 획득하는 단계, 여기서 상기 점결제는 내화성 몰딩 기재 재료의 양에 대해 0.2 내지 5 중량%, 바람직하게는 0.3 내지 4 중량%, 특히 바람직하게는 0.4 내지 3 중량%의 점결 양으로 혼합됨:
(A) 분자당 둘 이상의 히드록시기를 포함하는 하나 이상의 폴리올 화합물; 및
(B) 분자당 둘 이상의 이소시아네이트기를 포함하고 분자당 하나 이상의 우레톤이민기 및/또는 카르보디이미드기를 더 포함하는 하나 이상의 이소시아네이트 화합물;
(ii) 상기 몰딩 재료 혼합물 또는 이의 성분을 성형 툴에 주입하는 단계;
(iii) 상기 성형 툴 내에서 몰딩 재료 혼합물을 경화시켜 일체형 몰드를 획득하는 단계; 및
(iv) 상기 성형 툴로부터 경화된 몰드를 분리하고, 선택적으로 추가 경화하여, 경화된 성형 바디를 획득하는 단계. - 제19항에 있어서,
디메틸에틸아민, 디메틸-n-프로필아민, 디메틸이소프로필아민, 디메틸-n-부틸아민, 트리에틸아민, 트리메틸아민 또는 상기 아민의 혼합물이 가스 형태 또는 에어로졸로서 경화에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제19항에 있어서,
액체 촉매, 특히 페닐프로필피리딘이 경화에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제19항에 있어서,
상기 점결제는 제1항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 의해 더 특징지어지는 것인 방법.
