Claims (8)
- 배양실과 연통된 내부 공간이 형성된 블록과,
상기 배양실 내의 분위기를 상기 배양실로부터 상기 내부 공간으로 흡인하여 상기 배양실로 토출하는 기류 발생 수단과,
상기 내부 공간으로 흡인된 분위기를 측정하는 분위기 측정 수단과,
상기 배양실과 상기 내부 공간 사이에 배치되는 필터와,
상기 필터를 통해 흡인된 분위기를 가열하는 히터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 유닛. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 기류 발생 수단은 흡입구와 토출구를 갖는 펌프이고, 또한
상기 블록에는 상기 내부 공간으로서 설치된 상기 기류 발생 수단에 의해 흡입된 분위기가 유통되는 흡입로와, 흡입된 상기 분위기가 상기 기류 발생 수단에 의해 상기 배양실 내로 되돌려지는 토출로를 갖고,
각각은 상기 기류 발생 수단의 흡입구와 토출구에 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 유닛. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 분위기 측정 수단은 상기 흡입로 중에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 유닛. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 필터는 소결 금속으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 유닛. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 히터는 상기 흡입로 중의 분위기를 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 유닛. - 제 3 항에 있어서.
상기 흡입로측에 설치되는 상기 필터와 상기 분위기 검출 수단 사이에는 상기 펌프가 흡인할 수 있는 압력 이하의 크래킹압을 갖는 체크 밸브가 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 유닛. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 블록은 금속제이며, 일방면으로부터 타방면으로 관통하는 2개의 관통 구멍을 병렬해서 갖고, 관통 구멍의 하나는 흡입로이고, 다른 관통 구멍은 토출로로서, 상기 히터는 금속제의 상기 블록을 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 유닛. - 배양실과,
상기 배양실과 연통된 내부 공간이 형성된 블록과,
상기 배양실 내의 분위기를 상기 배양실로부터 상기 내부 공간으로 흡인하여 상기 배양실로 토출하는 기류 발생 수단과,
상기 블록의 내부 공간의 분위기를 측정하는 분위기 측정 수단과,
상기 배양실과 상기 내부 공간 사이에 배치되는 필터와,
상기 필터를 통해 흡인된 분위기를 가열하는 히터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항온 장치.
