Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 광투과성 기재 상에 하드 코트층과 저굴절률층을 갖는 반사 방지 필름으로서,
상기 저굴절률층은 (메트)아크릴 수지, 중공 형상 실리카 미립자, 반응성 실리카 미립자 및 2종류의 오염 방지제를 함유하고,
상기 중공 형상 실리카 미립자는, 평균 입자 직경이 40 내지 80㎚이며, 상기 (메트)아크릴 수지에 대한 배합비(중공 형상 실리카 미립자의 함유량/(메트)아크릴 수지의 함유량)가 0.9 내지 1.4이고,
상기 반응성 실리카의 함유량은 상기 (메트)아크릴 수지 100질량부에 대하여 5 내지 60질량부이며,
상기 오염 방지제는 불소계 화합물을 포함하여 이루어지는 오염 방지제와 불소-실리콘계 화합물을 포함하여 이루어지는 오염 방지제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반사 방지 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
중공 형상 실리카 미립자는 평균 입자 직경이 45 내지 70㎚인 반사 방지 필름. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
반응성 실리카 미립자는 자외선 경화형의 관능기를 갖고, 평균 입자 직경이 1 내지 25㎚인 반사 방지 필름. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
중공 형상 실리카 미립자의 (메트)아크릴 수지에 대한 배합비(중공 형상 실리카 미립자의 함유량/(메트)아크릴 수지의 함유량)가 0.9 내지 1.1일 때, 반응성 실리카 미립자의 함유량이 상기 (메트)아크릴 수지 100질량부에 대하여 5 내지 40질량부이며,
상기 중공 형상 실리카 미립자의 (메트)아크릴수지에 대한 배합비가 1.1 내지 1.4인 경우, 상기 반응성 실리카 미립자의 함유량이 상기 (메트)아크릴 수지 100질량부에 대하여 40 내지 60질량부인 반사 방지 필름. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
(메트)아크릴수지는, 펜타에리트리톨 트리(메트)아크릴레이트, 디펜타에리트리톨 헥사(메트)아크릴레이트, 펜타에리트리톨 테트라(메트)아크릴레이트, 디펜타에리트리톨 펜타(메트)아크릴레이트, 트리메틸올프로판 트리(메트)아크릴레이트, 디펜타에리트리톨 테트라(메트)아크릴레이트 및 이소시아누르산 EO 변성 트리(메트)아크릴레이트로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 단량체의 중합체 또는 공중합체인 반사 방지 필름. - 광투과성 기재 상에 하드 코트층과 저굴절률층을 갖는 반사 방지 필름의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 광투과성 기재 상에 형성한 상기 하드 코트층 상에, (메트)아크릴 단량체, 중공 형상 실리카 미립자, 반응성 실리카 미립자, 2종류의 오염 방지제 및 용제를 함유하는 저굴절률층용 도공액을 도포하고, 형성한 도막을 건조, 경화시켜서 상기 저굴절률층을 형성하는 공정을 갖고,
상기 중공 형상 실리카 미립자는, 평균 입자 직경이 40 내지 80㎚이며, 상기 (메트)아크릴 단량체에 대한 배합비(중공 형상 실리카 미립자의 함유량/(메트)아크릴 단량체의 함유량)가 0.9 내지 1.4이고,
상기 반응성 실리카의 함유량은 상기 (메트)아크릴 단량체 100질량부에 대하여 5 내지 60질량부이며,
상기 오염 방지제는 불소계 화합물을 포함하여 이루어지는 오염 방지제와 불소-실리콘계 화합물을 포함하여 이루어지는 오염 방지제를 함유하고,
상기 용제는 메틸이소부틸케톤과 프로필렌글리콜모노메틸에테르를 함유하는 혼합 용제인 것을 특징으로 하는 반사 방지 필름의 제조 방법. - 제6항에 있어서,
메틸이소부틸케톤과 프로필렌글리콜모노메틸에테르의 배합비(메틸이소부틸케톤/프로필렌글리콜모노메틸에테르)가 95/5 내지 30/70인 반사 방지 필름의 제조 방법. - 편광 소자를 구비하여 이루어지는 편광판으로서,
상기 편광판은, 편광 소자 표면에 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 반사 방지 필름을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편광판. - 최표면에 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 반사 방지 필름, 또는 제8항에 기재된 편광판을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 표시 장치.
