Claims (5)
- 300도 이상의 내열성이 있는 나일론 재질의 원판(A)의 원주를 따라 짝수개로 300℃용 ND 자석(A') 을 장착하고 최초 유입되는 물을 냉각수로 이용하여 냉각하는 모터 고정프레임(F)에 원판(A)과 브러쉬리스 모터(M)가 일체 된 채로 장착하되 "U" 형상으로 절곡 된 2개의 전열기용 인탈산 동파이프(P)를 원판(A)의 앞뒷면에 5mm 간격으로 배치하여 원판(A) 이 회전 시 렌츠의 법칙으로 인해 와전류 저항으로 인한 고열로 온수를 형성, 사용자에게 공급하고 온도컨트롤러(T)에서 rpm 센서를 제어함으로써 원판의 회전속도가 제어되어 온수온도를 조절하는 자석히터이다.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 300도 이상의 내열성이 있는 나일론 원판(A)의 원주를 따라 짝수 개로 300℃용 ND 자석(A')을 장착하되, N극 S극 상반되도록 배치하고 자석의 단열과 이물질 유입 방지를 하는 커버(C) 가 원판(A) 과 나사로 체결되어 있는 자석히터이다.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 원판(A)의 원주를 따라 장차되어 있는 ND 자석(A')과 근접해 있되, 온수 배관역할을 하는 "U" 자형 절곡의 인탈산 동파이프(P)가 원판과 5mm 간격으로 앞뒤에 배치 되어 있어 원판이 회전시 와전류의 저항으로 인해 발생하는 고열로 온수를 공급하는 자석히터이다.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, ND 자석(A') 을 장착하고 고 원판(A)과 일체되어 있는 무소음 브러쉬리스모터(M) 는 최초 유입되는 냉수를 냉각수로 사용 하여 브러쉬리스모터(M)를 냉각하되 고정까지 하는 속이 비어 있는 원통형상의 모터 고정프레임(F)에 체결되어 있으며, 모터 고정프레임(F) 은 냉수의 유입과 유출이 가능하도록 양 측면에 토출부가 있는 자석히터이다.
- 청구항 4에 있어서, 무소음 브러쉬리스(M) 모터의 회전속도를 사용자가 온도 컨트롤러 (T) 조절하면 회전수에 따라 온도변화가 생겨 온수의 온도를 제어하는 자석 히터이다.
