Claims (8)
- 소정 거리를 두고 관형 유전체(2)를 동심으로 둘러싸는 관형 외부 전극(1)을 가지는 오존 생성기의 전극 배열로서, 상기 유전체(2)는 소정 거리를 두고 로드(3)를 동심으로 둘러싸고, 상기 외부 전극(1)과 상기 유전체(2) 사이의 간극에 필러 물질(4)이 제공되고, 상기 유전체(2)와 상기 로드(3) 사이의 간극에 필러 물질(5)이 제공되는, 전극 배열에 있어서,
상기 로드(3)는 절연체이고 상기 필러 물질(5)은 내부 전극을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 배열. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 로드(3)는 중실(solid)인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 배열. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 로드(3)는 중공(hollow)인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 배열. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 로드(3)는 원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 배열. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 로드(3)는 유리로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 배열. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 필러 물질(4)과 상기 필러 물질(5)은 편물 와이어 메쉬(knitted wire mesh)로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 배열. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 유전체(2)와 상기 로드(3) 사이의 간극에 있는 상기 필러 물질(5)은 전기 전력 공급원(10)과 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 배열. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 전극 배열의 중심에 배열된 로드(3)는 산소 및 오존과 양립가능한 유리 또는 다른 물질로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전극 배열.
