도 3 은, 액체 급랭법에 의해 제조된 Fe77.9Cr1P(20.8-c-d)CcBdSi0.5 에 있어서의 포화 자속 밀도 (Bs) 의 조성 의존성을 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 4 는, 액체 급랭법에 의해 제조된 Fe77.9Cr1P(20.8-c-d)CcBdSi0.5 에 있어서의 포화 질량 자화 (σs) 의 조성 의존성을 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 5 는, 액체 급랭법에 의해 제조된 Fe77.9Cr1P(20.8-c-d)CcBdSi0.5 에 있어서의 큐리 온도 (Tc) 의 조성 의존성을 나타내는 그래프이다.

- 조성식이, (Fe100-a-b-c-d-eCraPbCcBdSie (a, b, c, d, e 는 at%)) 로 나타내어지고,
0 at% ≤ a ≤ 1.9 at%, 1.7 at% ≤ b ≤ 8.0 at%, 0 at% ≤ e ≤ 1.0 at% 이고, Fe 의 조성비 (100-a-b-c-d-e) 는 77 at% 이상이고,
19 at% ≤ b+c+d+e ≤ 21.1 at% 이고,
0.08 ≤ b/(b+c+d) ≤ 0.43 이고,
0.06 ≤ c/(c+d) ≤ 0.87 이고,
유리 전이점 (Tg) 을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 Fe 기 비정질 합금. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
0.75 at% ≤ c ≤ 13.7 at%, 3.2 at% ≤ d ≤ 12.2 at% 인 Fe 기 비정질 합금. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
B 의 조성비 (d) 는 10.7 at% 이하인 Fe 기 비정질 합금. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
b/(b+c+d) 는 0.16 이상인 Fe 기 비정질 합금. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
c/(c+d) 는 0.81 이하인 Fe 기 비정질 합금. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
0 at% ≤ e ≤ 0.5 at% 인 Fe 기 비정질 합금. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항, 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
0.08 ≤ b/(b+c+d) ≤ 0.32 이고, 0.06 ≤ c/(c+d) ≤ 0.73 인 Fe 기 비정질 합금. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,

물 애토마이즈법에 의해 제조된 것인 Fe 기 비정질 합금. - 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
포화 자속 밀도가 1.5 T 이상인 Fe 기 비정질 합금. - 제 14 항에 있어서,
포화 자속 밀도가 1.6 T 이상인 Fe 기 비정질 합금. - 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 Fe 기 비정질 합금 분말과 결착재를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 압분 자심.
