Abstract
본 발명에 따르면, 다양한 표적 세포에 대한 영상화와 치료효과를 동시에 제공할 수 있으며, 모니터링과 치료효과를 효과적으로 소형화함으로써 세포 수준에서 기능할 수 있는 새로운 테라그노시스 약물 개발에 대한 새로운 장을 열 수 있다.

도 2는 화합물 1에 대한 HPLC 크로마토그램을 나타낸 도면이다.
도 3a 및 3b는 화합물 3에 대한 흡수 (3a) 및 형광 (3b) 스펙트럼을 나타낸 도면들이며, 도 3c는 GSH의 농도를 증가시키면서 관찰한 화합물 3의 형광 스펙트럼 변화 그래프이며, 도 3d는 GSH가 존재하거나 존재하지 않는 경우에, 화합물 3의 형광 반응을 pH에 대한 함수로서 도시한 그래프이다.
도 4a 및 4b는 GSH, 시스테인, 호모시스테인 및 다양한 금속 양이온들의 존재 및 부존재하에서 측정된 화합물 3의 흡수 (4a) 및 형광 (4b) 스펙트럼을 나타낸 도면들이다.
도 5a 및 5b는 GSH, 시스테인, 호모시스테인 및 다른 아미노산들에 대한 화합물 3의 흡수 (5a) 및 형광 (5b) 스펙트럼을 나타낸 도면들이다.

Claims (11)
- 이황화결합 잔기를 포함하는 형광표지자, 암세포 표적화분자 및 유효약물 성분을 포함하는 약물전달 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 암세포 표적화분자는 RGD 서열을 포함하는 고리형 펩티드이고, 상기 형광표지자는 나프탈이미드 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 약물전달 복합체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 나프탈이미드 유도체는 나프탈렌, 파이렌 및 로다민으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 약물전달 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유효약물은 캄토테신, 독소루비신 및 젬시타빈으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 약물전달 복합체.
- 이황화결합 잔기를 포함하는 형광표지자와 유효약물 성분을 반응시킴으로써 중간체 화합물을 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 중간체 화합물에 암세포 표적화분자를 결합시키는 단계
를 포함하는 약물전달 복합체의 제조방법. - 제6항에 있어서, 상기 암세포 표적화분자는 RGD 서열을 포함하는 고리형 펩티드이고, 상기 형광표지자는 나프탈이미드 유도체이며, 상기 유효약물은 캄토테신인 것을 특징으로 하는 약물전달 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 3의 화합물은 상기 화학식 4의 화합물과 반응시키기 이전에, 트리플루오로 아세트산 및 디클로로메탄의 혼합물과 반응시킴으로써 가수분해되는 것을 특징으로 하는 약물전달 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 2의 화합물은 상기 캄토테신과 반응시키기 이전에, 트리포스젠과 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 약물전달 복합체의 제조방법.
