Description
도 1은 온도 및 압력에 따라 특정성분에서 하이드레이트가 생성되는 조건을 도시한 그래프;
도 2는 수송관에서 생성된 하이드레이트의 모습을 도시한 사진;
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 하이드레이트의 생성을 방지하는 수송관을 도시한 측면도; 및
도 4는 도 3의 단면을 도시한 단면도 이다.

Claims (6)
- 시추한 원유 또는 가스 등의 유체가 유동되는 주관;
상기 주관의 일측과 타측에 연통되며, 상기 주관 내의 유체가 일측의 유입구로부터 유입되어 타측의 분출구를 통해 주관내로 배출되는 지관; 및
상기 지관 내의 유체를 가열하는 히터;를 포함하되,
상기 주관 내의 유체가 상기 지관으로 유입되어 상기 히터를 통해 가열된 후 주관으로 회귀되어 주관 내의 유체가 순환되는 하이드레이트 생성을 방지하는 수송관. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 지관은 상기 주관의 하측에 위치되는 하이드레이트 생성을 방지하는 수송관. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 지관은,
상기 유입구로부터 하측으로 연장되어 주관의 유체가 유입되는 하강부; 및
상기 하강부로부터 상측으로 상기 배출구까지 연장되어 상기 하강부로부터 유입된 유체가 상기 주관으로 배출되는 상승부;를 포함하는 하이드레이트 생성을 방지하는 수송관. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 상승부는 상기 주관에 대해서 경사지게 형성되는 하이드레이트 생성을 방지하는 수송관. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 히터는 상기 지관의 상승부에 구비되어 상기 상승부의 유체를 가열하는 하이드레이트 생성을 방지하는 수송관. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 지관에는 상기 주관 내부의 유체가 흐를 때 상기 주관 내의 유체가 지관으로 흐르는 것을 방지하는 밸브가 더 포함되는 하이드레이트 생성을 방지하는 수송관.
