Claims (8)
- 일종의 벤딩에 민감하지 않은 단일모드 광섬유에 있어서,
코어와 클래딩을 포함하되, 상기 코어 직경a은 7~7.9미크론이고, 상기 코어의 상대굴절률차이Δ1는 4.6×10-3~6.5×10-3이며, 상기 코어 외측의 클래딩은 안에서 밖으로 순서대로 내부 클래딩, 함몰 외부 클래딩과 외부 클래딩이며, 상기 내부 클래딩의 직경b은 16.5~20미크론이며, 상기 내부클래딩의 상대굴절률차이 Δ2는 -3×10-4~3×10-4이며, 상기 함몰 외부 클래딩의 직경c은 33~40미크론이며, 상기 함몰 외부 클래딩의 상대굴절률차이 Δ3는 -2.9×10-3~-7.3×10-3이며, 또한 상대굴절률차이Δ3는 기울기 변화를 나타내어 밖에서 안으로 점차 증대되며, 최외측 계면 부위의 상대 굴절률 차이 Δ32는 최내측 계면 부위의 상대 굴절률 차이 Δ31보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 일종의 벤딩에 민감하지 않은 단일모드 광섬유.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 함몰 외부 클래딩에 외부 클래딩이 피복되고, 상기 외부 클래딩의 직경은 125±0.7미크론이며, 상기 외부 클래딩의 굴절률은 순수 이산화규소 유리 굴절률인 것을 특징으로 하는 일종의 벤딩에 민감하지 않은 단일모드 광섬유.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서,
상기 코어는 게르마늄과 불소가 도핑된 석영 유리층으로서, 재료 성분은 SiO2-GeO2-F-Cl이며, 그 중 불소의 기여량 ΔF은 1×10-3~1.6×10-3인 것을 특징으로 하는 일종의 벤딩에 민감하지 않은 단일모드 광섬유.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서,
상기 내부클래딩은 게르마늄과 불소가 도핑된 석영 유리층으로서, 재료 성분은 SiO2-GeO2-F-Cl이며, 내부 클래딩은 최외측 계면으로부터 최내측 계면까지 불소 도핑 및 게르마늄 도핑이 점차 연속적으로 증가되어 기울기 변화를 나타내며, 최외측 계면 부위의 불소의 기여량 ΔF은 1.2×10-3~1.6×10-3이며, 최내측 계면 부위의 불소의 기여량 ΔF은 2.1×10-3~2.4×10-3인 것을 특징으로 하는 일종의 벤딩에 민감하지 않은 단일모드 광섬유.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서,
상기 광섬유는 1310 나노미터 파장 부분의 모드필드 직경이 7-9.2미크론인 것을 특징으로 하는 일종의 벤딩에 민감하지 않은 단일모드 광섬유.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서,
상기 광섬유는 1310나노미터 파장 부위의 감쇄계수가 0.4dB/km보다 작거나 같고, 1383nm 파장 부위의 감쇄계수는 0.4dB/km보다 작거나 같으며, 1550nm 파장 부위의 감쇄계수는 0.25dB/km보다 작거나 같으며, 1625nm 파장 부위의 감쇄계수는 0.3dB/km보다 작거나 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 일종의 벤딩에 민감하지 않은 단일모드 광섬유.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서,
상기 광섬유는 1260nm보다 작거나 같은 광케이블 차단 파장을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 일종의 벤딩에 민감하지 않은 단일모드 광섬유.
- 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서,
상기 광섬유는 1625nm 파장 부위에서, 10밀리미터 곡률반경으로 1바퀴 감을 경우 벤딩 부가 손실은 0.1dB보다 작거나 같고, 7.5밀리미터 곡률반경으로 1바퀴 감을 경우 벤딩 부가 손실은 0.25dB보다 작거나 같으며, 5밀리미터 곡률반경으로 1바퀴 감을 경우 벤딩 부가 손실은 0.45dB보다 작거나 같으며;
1550nm 파장 부위에서, 10밀리미터 곡률반경으로 1바퀴 감을 경우 벤딩 부가 손실은 0.03dB보다 작거나 같고, 7.5밀리미터 곡률반경으로 1바퀴 감을 경우 벤딩 부가 손실은 0.08dB보다 작거나 같으며, 5밀리미터 곡률반경으로 1바퀴 감을 경우 벤딩 부가 손실은 0.15dB보다 작거나 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 일종의 벤딩에 민감하지 않은 단일모드 광섬유.
