Claims (6)
- 기판;
상기 기판에 형성되는 투명 전극; 및
상기 투명 전극을 전기적으로 연결하는 배선 전극을 포함하고,
상기 배선 전극은 메쉬(mesh) 형상부를 포함하는 터치 패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 메쉬 형상부는 상기 배선 전극의 선폭이 1 mm 이상인 부분에 형성되는 터치 패널. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 메쉬 형상부는 메쉬 선 및 메쉬 개구부를 포함하고,
상기 메쉬 선의 선폭이 10 um 내지 100 um 인 터치 패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 메쉬 형상부는 메쉬 선 및 메쉬 개구부를 포함하고,
상기 메쉬 개구부는 다이아몬드 형상, 다각형 형상 및 원형 형상으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 형상을 적어도 하나 포함하는 터치 패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 배선 전극은, 은(Ag), 구리(Cu) 및 금(Au)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 물질을 적어도 어느 하나 포함하는 터치 패널. - 터치패널;
상기 터치 패널은,
기판;
상기 기판에 형성되는 투명 전극; 및
상기 투명 전극을 전기적으로 연결하는 배선 전극을 포함하고,
상기 배선 전극과 접속되는 회로 기판을 포함하고,
상기 배선 전극에서 상기 회로 기판과 접촉하는 부분은 메쉬(mesh) 형상부를 포함하는 디스플레이 장치.
