Abstract
교반장치(10)는, 여과실(2)의 바닥부(1a)에 세워서 설치된 구동축(8)과, 구동축(8)에 부착되고 비스듬하게 상방으로 연장된 유출단(9b)을 구비하는 복수의 평판 모양의 교반날개(9)로서, 여과재층(5)의 여과층 하면(5a) 근방에 배치된 교반날개(9)를 구비한다.

Claims (7)
- 부상여과재(浮上濾過材)를 수납하는 밀폐 모양의 여과실(濾過室)을 구비하는 여과조(濾過槽)에 원액(原液)을 공급하고, 상기 부상여과재의 여과재층(濾過材層)에 의하여 상기 원액의 고액분리(固液分離)를 하는 여과기(濾過機)에 있어서, 상기 부상여과재를 교반하는 교반장치(攪拌裝置)로서,
상기 여과실의 바닥부에 세워서 설치된 구동축(驅動軸)과,
상기 구동축에 부착되고 비스듬하게 상방으로 연장된 유출단(流出端)을 구비하는 복수의 평판 모양의 교반날개(stirring blade)로서, 상기 여과재층의 여과층 하면 근방에 배치된 교반날개를
구비한 교반장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 교반날개는, 상기 구동축의 회전축과 직교하고 상기 회전축의 반경방향으로 넓어지는 평면에 대하여 30°∼40°의 경사각을 구비하는 교반장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 교반날개는, R모양으로 형성한 모서리부를 유입단(流入端) 및 상기 유출단에 구비하는 교반장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
상기 복수의 교반날개에 의하여 형성되는 지름은, 상기 여과실의 내경의 30∼60%인 교반장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
상기 교반날개의 최상부는, 상기 여과실의 40∼65%의 높이에 위치하는 교반장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,
상기 교반날개의 매수는 3매인 교반장치.
- 원액을 받아들이는 밀폐 모양의 여과실을 구비하는 여과조와,
상기 여과실의 처리수의 배출측에 수용되어, 상기 원액의 고액분리를 하기 위한 여과재층을 형성하는 부상여과재와,
상기 여과실의 상기 원액의 공급측의 바닥부에 세워서 설치된 구동축과,
상기 구동축에 부착되고, 상기 처리수의 배출측의 비스듬한 상방으로 연장된 유출단을
구비하는 복수의 평판 모양의 교반날개로서, 상기 여과재층의 여과층 하면 근방에 배치된 교반날개를
구비한 여과기.
