Claims (9)
- 식물성유박 100 중량부, 어박 5~50 중량부 및 바실러스 서브틸리스 HSB1202(Bacillus subtilis HSB1202) (KCTC 12239BP)를 함유하는 미생물 배양체 0.1~20 중량부를 포함하는 항진균성 유기질 비료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미생물 배양체는,
(a) 호기조건하에 배양하여 얻은 1×107~1×1011 cfu/ml 농도의 바실러스 서브틸리스 HSB1202 (KCTC 12239BP) 균주 배양액 1 중량부,
(b) 제올라이트, 벤토나이트, 탈크, 디아토마이트, 카올린, 화이트카본 및 다공성실리카로 구성된 군으로부터 1종 이상 선택되는 증량제 1~70 중량부,
(c) 염화암모늄, 황산암모늄, 질산암모늄, 효모추출액, 수크로즈, 당밀, 글루코오스, 현미유, 미강, 전분, 덱스트린 및 갈락토스로 구성된 군으로부터 1종 이상 선택되는 미생물 영양원 0.5~40 중량부, 및
(d) 폴리카복실레이트, 소듐 리그노설포네이트, 칼슘 리그노설포네이트, 소듐 다이알킬설포석시네이트, 소듐 알킬아릴설포네이트, 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬페닐 에테르, 소듐 트리폴리포스페이트, 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬아릴 포스포릭 에스테르, 폴리옥시에티렌 알킬아릴 에테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬아릴 폴리머, 폴리옥시알킬온알킬페닐 에테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌 노닐페닐 에테르, 소듐 설포네이트 나프탈렌 포름알데히드, 트리톤 100 및 트윈 80으로 구성된 군으로부터 1종 이상 선택되는 계면활성제 0.2~20 중량부를 포함하는 수화제 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 항진균성 유기질 비료 조성물. - 제2항에 있어서, 상기 미생물 배양체는 미생물 배양체 100 중량부에 대해 카르복시메틸 셀룰로오스, 알지네이트, 잔탄 및 아라비아검으로 구성된 군으로부터 1종 이상 선택되는 기타보조제를 0.2~20 중량부 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항진균성 유기질 비료 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 식물성 유박은 피마자박, 채종박, 미강박, 대두박, 면실박, 카폭박, 코코아박, 야자박 및 자트로파박으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 항진균성 유기질 비료 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 식물성유박 및 어박을 포함하는 비료성분과 상기 미생물 배양체는 작물에 시비할 때 혼합 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기질 비료 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 비료성분은 제올라이트, 펄라이트 및 분말 질석으로 구성된 군으로부터 하나 이상 선택된 담체를 비료성분 전체 중량 중 0.5~20 중량%로 첨가하여 펠릿 성형된 것임을 특징으로 하는 항진균성 유기질 비료 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 시비 대상 작물이 상추, 배추, 고추 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 항진균성 유기질 비료 조성물.
- 하기 (a) 내지 (d)를 포함하는 수화제 형태로 바실러스 서브틸리스 HSB1202(Bacillus subtilis HSB1202) (KCTC 12239BP)의 미생물 배양체를 얻는 단계와,
식물성 유박 100 중량부와 어박 5∼50 중량부를 포함하는 비료성분에 상기 단계에서 얻은 미생물 배양체 0.1∼20 중량부를 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는 항진균성 유기질비료의 제조방법.
(a) 호기조건하에 배양하여 얻은 1×107~1×1011 cfu/ml 농도의 바실러스 서브틸리스 HSB1202 (KCTC 12239BP) 균주 배양액 1 중량부;
(b) 제올라이트, 벤토나이트, 탈크, 디아토마이트, 카올린, 화이트카본 및 다공성실리카로 구성된 군으로부터 1종 이상 선택되는 증량제 1~70 중량부;
(c) 염화암모늄, 황산암모늄, 질산암모늄, 효모추출액, 수크로즈, 당밀, 글루코오스, 현미유, 미강, 전분, 덱스트린 및 갈락토스로 구성된 군으로부터 1종 이상 선택되는 미생물 영양원 0.5~40 중량부; 및
(d) 폴리카복실레이트, 소듐 리그노설포네이트, 칼슘 리그노설포네이트, 소듐 다이알킬설포석시네이트, 소듐 알킬아릴설포네이트, 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬페닐 에테르, 소듐 트리폴리포스페이트, 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬아릴 포스포릭 에스테르, 폴리옥시에티렌 알킬아릴 에테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌 알킬아릴 폴리머, 폴리옥시알킬온알킬페닐 에테르, 폴리옥시에틸렌 노닐페닐 에테르, 소듐 설포네이트 나프탈렌 포름알데히드, 트리톤 100 및 트윈 80으로 구성된 군으로부터 1종 이상 선택되는 계면활성제 0.2~20 중량부 - 제8항에 있어서, 상기 비료성분에, 제올라이트, 펄라이트 및 분말 질석으로 구성된 군으로부터 하나 이상 선택된 담체를 비료성분 전체 중량 중 0.5~20 중량%로 첨가하여 비료성분을 펠릿 성형시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항진균성 유기질비료의 제조방법.
