Claims (14)
- 하기 식 1의 페녹시-에틸-아민 유도체, 입체이성질체 또는 그것의 입체이성질체들의 혼합물, 또는 그것의 N-산화물, 또는 그것의 전체적으로 또는 부분적으로 듀테륨화된 유사체, 또는 그것의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염.
상기 식에서
R1은 CH3 또는 CF3를 나타내고;
R2는 C1-C4-알킬, 알릴, CH2CH2OCH3, C(CH3)2CH2CH3, CH2-시클로프로필, 시클로부틸, 시클로펜틸, CH2CH2CH2F, CH2CH2CHF2, CH2CH2F, 3,3,3-트리플루오로프로필 및 4,4,4-트리플루오로부틸로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되고;
R3는 H, CH3 및 CH2CH3로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되거나; 또는
