Claims (6)
- 통 부재와 상기 통 부재내에 이동 가능하게 삽입된 축 부재 사이를 밀봉하는 밀봉 장치에 있어서,
상기 통 부재의 개구 단부에 보유지지되어 환형상의 더스트 시일 립이 상기 축 부재의 외주면에 미끄럼 접촉하는 더스트 시일과,
상기 더스트 시일보다도 내부측에 배치되어 환형상의 립부가 상기 축 부재의 외주면에 미끄럼 이동 가능하게 압접하는 스크레이퍼를 구비하고,
상기 립부의 경도는 상기 더스트 시일 립의 경도보다도 높게 설정되는, 밀봉 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스크레이퍼의 외주에 형성되는 간극과,
상기 통 부재의 개구 단부에 있어서의 상기 스크레이퍼보다도 내부측에 보유지지되어 환형상의 오일 시일 립이 상기 축 부재의 외주면에 미끄럼 접촉하는 오일 시일과,
상기 오일 시일과 상기 더스트 시일 사이에 형성되어 상기 간극에 연통하는 공간을 더 구비하고,
상기 스크레이퍼는, 상기 더스트 시일과 상기 오일 시일 사이를 상기 축 부재에 추종해서 이동 가능한, 밀봉 장치. - 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스크레이퍼는 환형상의 스크레이퍼 본체와, 상기 스크레이퍼 본체의 내주에 연속 설치되어 외부측을 향해서 경사지는 상기 립부와, 상기 스크레이퍼 본체로부터 내부측으로 돌출되도록 형성되는 스토퍼를 갖고,
상기 스토퍼는 상기 오일 시일의 외부 측면에 형성된 홈에 접촉가능한, 밀봉 장치. - 제3항에 있어서, 상기 립부의 내주 단부를 정점으로서 교차하는 상기 립부의 외부 측면과 내주면은 예각으로 교차하고,
상기 립부의 상기 외부 측면과 상기 축 부재의 외주면이 이루는 각도는 상기 립부의 상기 내주면과 상기 축 부재의 외주면이 이루는 각도보다도 커지도록 설정되는, 밀봉 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스크레이퍼는 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌제인, 밀봉 장치.
- 제1항에 기재된 밀봉 장치를 구비한 현가 장치에 있어서, 상기 현가 장치는, 아우터 튜브와, 상기 아우터 튜브내로 이동 가능하게 삽입된 이너 튜브를 갖고서 신축 가능한 동시에 신축 운동을 억제하고,
상기 아우터 튜브가 상기 통 부재이며, 상기 이너 튜브가 상기 축 부재인, 현가 장치.
