Description
Claims (9)
- 일반식 MyWOz (여기서 M은 0.1 ≤ y ≤ 0.5, 2.2 ≤ z ≤ 3.0을 만족시키는, Cs, Rb, K, Tl, In, Ba, Li, Ca, Sr, Fe, Sn, Al, 및 Cu로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소이다)로 표시되고, 및 육방정계 결정 구조를 갖는 복합 산화 텅스텐 미세입자를 분산시킨 분산액을 얻는 단계, 및 120 ℃ 이하의 끓는 점을 갖는 유기 용매에 분산제를 분산시키는 제1 단계;
제1 단계에서 얻어진 분산액에 금속 카르복시산염을 혼합시켜 혼합물을 얻는 제2 단계; 및
열-선 차폐 미세입자-함유 조성물을 얻기 위해, 제2 단계에서 얻어진 혼합물을 건조시키는 단계, 및 상기 열-선 차폐 미세입자-함유 조성물에 남겨진 유기 용매의 함량을 5 질량% 이하로 설정하는 제3 단계를 포함하는 열-선 차폐 미세입자 함유 조성물의 제조방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 금속 카르복시산염을 구성하는 금속은 나트륨, 칼륨, 마그네슘, 칼슘, 니켈, 망간, 세륨, 아연, 구리, 및 철로부터 선택된 적어도 한 종의 원소인 열-선 차폐 미세입자 함유 조성물의 제조방법. - 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
상기 유기 용매는 톨루엔, 메틸에틸케톤, 메틸 이소부틸 케톤, 부틸 아세테이트, 이소프로필 알코올, 및 에탄올로부터 선택된 적어도 하나인 열-선 차폐 미세입자 함유 조성물의 제조방법. - 청구항 1 내지 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 복합 산화 텅스텐 미세입자는 40nm 이하의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 미세입자인 열-선 차폐 미세입자 함유 조성물의 제조방법. - 청구항 1 내지 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 복합 산화 텅스텐 미세입자는 Si, Ti, Zr, 및 Al 중 하나 이상의 원소를 함유하는 화합물에 의해 표면 처리가 적용된 열-선 차폐 미세입자 함유 조성물의 제조방법. - 청구항 1 내지 5 중 어느 한 항에 따른 열-선 차폐 미세입자 함유 조성물의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 열-선 차폐 미세입자 함유 조성물.
- 청구항 6의 열-선 차폐 미세입자 함유 조성물, 폴리비닐 아세탈 수지, 및 가소제를 반죽하고, 필름 형상으로 혼합물을 성형시켜 제조된 열-선 차폐 필름.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,
120 ℃ 이하의 끓는 점을 갖는 유기 용매의 함량 (잔류 요인)은 0 질량% 초과 및 0.06 질량% 이하인 열-선 차폐 필름. - 청구항 7 또는 8의 열-선 차폐 필름이 두 개의 투명 기재 사이에 배치된 열-선 차폐 적층 투명 기재.
