Claims (12)
- 제1 평면 내에서 길이를 따라 유연한 적어도 제1 섹션과,
상기 제1 섹션과 결합되고 상기 제1 평면 내에서 그리고 제2 평면 내에서 길이를 따라 유연한 적어도 제2 섹션을 포함하는, 형상화된 길다란 복합재 구조물을 제작하는 데 사용하기 위한 밀착 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1, 제2 평면은 대체로 서로 직각으로 되어 있는, 형상화된 길다란 복합재 구조물을 제작하는 데 사용하기 위한 밀착 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2 섹션이 대체로 평평한 제1 부분과, 상기 복합재 구조물 내의 공동부 내에 수용될 제2 부분을 구비하는, 형상화된 길다란 복합재 구조물을 제작하는 데 사용하기 위한 밀착 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 부분은,
상기 제1 부분의 길이를 따라 이격되고 제1 부분의 폭을 지나 횡방향으로 연장되는 다수의 보강 스트립과,
상기 보강 스트립 사이의 슬롯, 및
상기 슬롯에 있는 유연성 재료를 구비하는, 형상화된 길다란 복합재 구조물을 제작하는 데 사용하기 위한 밀착 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제2 부분은 그 안에 다수의 횡방향으로 연장하는 슬릿을 구비하고, 상기 슬릿은 상기 제1 부분의 슬롯과 실질적으로 정렬되어 있는, 형상화된 길다란 복합재 구조물을 제작하는 데 사용하기 위한 밀착 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제2 섹션은 이 제2 섹션이 상기 제2 평면 내에서 굽혀지도록 허용하는, 길이를 따라 다수의 유연성 고무 조인트를 구비하는, 형상화된 길다란 복합재 구조물을 제작하는 데 사용하기 위한 밀착 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제2 섹션은 길이를 따라 보강 스트립과 고무가 교대로 구비하는, 형상화된 길다란 복합재 구조물을 제작하는 데 사용하기 위한 밀착 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 섹션과 제2 섹션 사이에 스플라이스 조인트(splice joint)를 추가로 포함하는, 형상화된 길다란 복합재 구조물을 제작하는 데 사용하기 위한 밀착 장치.
- 복합재 스티프너 적층을 형성하는 단계;
상기 스티프너 적층에 밀착 장치를 접촉시키는 단계;
상기 스티프너 적층을 상기 밀착 장치에 부착하는 단계;
상기 스티프너 적층을 표면 위에 이송하여 배치하기 위하여 상기 밀착 장치를 사용하는 단계; 및
상기 스티프너 적층을 상기 표면에 대하여 밀착시키기 위하여 상기 밀착 장치를 사용하는 단계;를 포함하는, 복합재 스티프너를 형성하기 위한 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 스티프너 적층을 상기 밀착 장치에 부착하는 단계는 상기 밀착 장치 내부에 진공을 생성하는 단계와, 상기 밀착 장치에 대하여 상기 스티프너 적층을 빨아들이기 위하여 상기 진공을 사용하는 단계를 포함하는, 복합재 스티프너를 형성하기 위한 방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 밀착 장치에 대하여 상기 스티프너 적층을 빨아들이는 단계는 상기 스티프너 적층에 접촉하는 상기 밀착 장치의 측면을 통하여 공기를 빨아들임으로써 흡인력을 생성하는 단계를 포함하는, 복합재 스티프너를 형성하기 위한 방법.
- 제9항 내지 제11항에 따른 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 스티프너 적층을 배치하기 위하여 상기 밀착 장치를 사용하는 단계는 대체로 직교하는 두 개의 평면 내에서 상기 밀착 장치의 휘어짐을 허용함으로써 상기 표면의 구조에 상기 밀착 장치를 일치시키는 단계를 포함하는, 복합재 스티프너를 형성하기 위한 방법.
