Abstract
본 발명의 순간 냉각장치는 액체가 유입되어 저장되는 액체저장탱크; 상기 액체저장탱크에 저장된 액체의 열을 빼앗아 냉각되도록 하는 냉각파이프; 상기 냉각파이프로 저압의 냉매가스를 공급하는 냉동사이클; 상기 액체저장탱크의 내부 중심부를 따라서 위치하는 서포터와, 상기 서포터의 외주면을 따라서 고정되어 액체저장탱크로 유입되는 액체를 배출구 쪽으로 순차적으로 흐르도록 유도하는 나선형 플레이트로 이루어진 유체흐름유도수단; 상기 액체저장탱크 내부의 액체가 결빙되어도 배출구로 배출 가능하도록 액체저장탱크에 제공되는 유로확보수단을 포함하는 순간 냉각장치를 제공한다.

Claims (9)
- 액체가 유입되어 저장되는 액체저장탱크;
상기 액체저장탱크에 저장된 액체의 열을 빼앗아 냉각되도록 하는 냉각파이프;
상기 냉각파이프로 저압의 냉매가스를 공급하는 냉동사이클;
상기 액체저장탱크의 내부 중심부를 따라서 위치하는 서포터와, 상기 서포터의 외주면을 따라서 고정되어 액체저장탱크로 유입되는 액체를 배출구 쪽으로 순차적으로 흐르도록 유도하는 나선형 플레이트로 이루어진 유체흐름유도수단;
상기 액체저장탱크 내부의 액체가 결빙되어도 배출구로 배출 가능하도록 액체저장탱크에 제공되는 유로확보수단;
을 포함하는 순간 냉각장치. - 액체가 유입되어 저장되는 액체저장탱크;
상기 액체저장탱크에 저장된 액체의 열을 빼앗아 냉각되도록 하는 냉각파이프;
상기 냉각파이프로 저압의 냉매가스를 공급하는 냉동사이클;
상기 액체저장탱크의 내부 중심부를 따라서 위치하는 서포터와, 상기 서포터의 외주면을 따라서 고정되어 액체저장탱크로 유입되는 액체를 배출구 쪽으로 순차적으로 흐르도록 유도하는 나선형 플레이트로 이루어진 유체흐름유도수단;
상기 액체저장탱크 내부의 액체가 결빙되어도 배출구로 배출 가능하도록 액체저장탱크에 제공되는 유로확보수단;
상기 액체저장탱크 내부의 수온을 감지하는 수온감지센서;
상기 수온 감지센서에서 감지된 수온 데이터를 전달받아 상기 유로확보수단을 가동 또는 가동중지 시키는 제어부;
를 포함하는 순간 냉각장치. - 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
상기 유로확보수단은 발열체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 순간 냉각장치. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 발열체는 전열선 또는 히터 중에서 어느 하나로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 순간 냉각장치. - 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
상기 서포터는 내부가 공간부로 이루어지고, 이 공간부에 유로확보수단이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 순간 냉각장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 유로확보수단은 냉동사이클의 가동 및 가동중지에 따라서 같이 연동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 순간 냉각장치. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 제어부는 수온 감지센서에서 전달되는 수온데이터가 일정온도 이하이면 유로확보수단을 가동시키고, 수온 감지센서에서 전달되는 수온데이터가 일정온도 이상이면 유로확보수단의 가동을 중지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 순간 냉각장치. - 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
상기 액체저장탱크로 유입되는 액체는 물, 음료, 주류 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 순간 냉각장치. - 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
상기 액체저장탱크는 액체가 유입 및 배출될 수 있는 상태로 밀폐된 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 순간 냉각장치.
