Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 플루오로탄성중합체를 금속 기재에 접합시키는 방법으로서,
i) a) 비스페놀 경화제에 의해 경화가능한 하나 이상의 플루오로탄성중합체 및 b) 플루오로탄성중합체를 경화시킬 수 있는 하나 이상의 경화제를 포함하는 플루오로탄성중합체 배합물을 제공하고, 상기 플루오로탄성중합체 배합물을 금속 기재와 접촉되게 하여 공통 계면을 형성하는 단계와,
ii) 분자량이 5,000 g/mol 미만이고, 비점이 101.3 kPa (760 Torr)에서 150℃ 이상이고, 포화 지방족 또는 방향족 하이드록시 에테르, 지방족 또는 방향족 카르복실산의 지방족 모노알킬 에스테르 및 이들의 조합으로부터 선택되는 유효량의 적어도 하나의 접합 촉진제의 존재 하에서 플루오로탄성중합체 배합물을 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 접합 촉진제는 플루오로탄성중합체 100 중량%를 기준으로 5 중량%의 양으로 플루오로탄성중합체 내에 존재할 때 플루오로탄성중합체의 유리 전이 온도를 4℃ 이상 감소시킬 수 있는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 접합 촉진제는 플루오로탄성중합체 배합물 내에 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접합 촉진제는 플루오로탄성중합체의 중량을 기준으로 약 10 ppm 이상의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접합 촉진제는 플루오로탄성중합체의 중량을 기준으로 약 250 ppm 이상의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접합 촉진제는 플루오로탄성중합체의 중량을 기준으로 약 500 ppm 내지 약 10,000 ppm의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플루오로탄성중합체는 무니(Mooney) 점도 (120℃에서의 ML1+10)가 5 내지 150인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기술된 플루오로탄성중합체, 경화제 및 접합 촉진제를 포함하는 플루오로중합체 배합물.
- 분자량이 5,000 g/mol 미만이고, 비점이 101.3 kPa (760 Torr)에서 150℃ 이상이고, 포화 지방족 또는 방향족 하이드록시 에테르, 카르보네이트, 카르복실산 및 인산의 에스테르, 및 카르보네이트 및 카르복실산의 무수물로부터 선택되는 분자의, 플루오로탄성중합체와 금속 기재 사이의 접합 강도의 증가에 있어서의 용도.
- 플루오로탄성중합체 성분 및 금속 기재를 포함하며, 플루오로탄성중합체 성분은 금속에 접합되고, 상기 접합은 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 경화 반응의 결과인 복합 재료.
- 제10항의 복합 재료를 포함하는 물품.
- 제11항에 있어서, 시일(seal)인 물품.
