사용 시, 패키징의 두 개의 축을 따라 연장될 수 있도록 t-형 섹션을 갖는, 보안 태그(16)를 포함할 수 있는 3차원 패키징을 위한 보안 스티커(10)를 제공한다.

Description

보안 스티커{SECURITY STICKER}
본 발명은 보안 스티커에 관한 것이다. 더 구체적으로는, 보안 태그(tag)를 포함하고, 적용 대상이 되는 패키징 전체를 밀봉할 수 있는 형태와 크기를 갖는 스티커에 관한 것이다.
소매점에 있는 패키징(packaging)의 대다수에는 보안 태그, 가령 AM 또는 RF 보안 태그가 부착되어 있는데, 이는 (패키징 안의) 품목이 소매점 역내에서 가격 지불 없이 이탈되는 것을 막기 위함이다.
보안 태그는 패키징 안에 내장될 수 있다. 또는, 패키징에 부착되는 간단한 스티커에 태그를 부착할 수도 있다.
절도를 막기 위한 이러한 보안 수단들이 있음에도 불구하고, 구역내에서 패키징으로부터 제품을 이탈시키는 절도 행위는 점점 더 큰 문제가 되고 있다.
스티커가 패키징의 뚜껑에 부착되어 있다고 해도 (가령 패키징이 박스인 경우) 패키징의 측면을 눌러서 패키징을 열어 제품을 쉽게 꺼낼 수 있다.
본 발명은 보안 태그가 포함된 3차원 패키징에 사용하기 위한, 한 섹션이 t-형태로 되어 있어, 사용 시 상기 패키징의 2개 축을 따라 연장되는 스티커를 제공함으로써 오늘날 보안 태그 및 스티커들의 문제점들을 경감시키는 것을 목적으로 한다.
본 발명에 따르면, 적어도 하나의 t-형태의 섹션을 가지고 있어, 사용 시 상기 패키징의 수직 축들을 따라 연장되는, 패키징을 위한 보안 스티커가 제공될 수 있다.
본 발명의 한 측면에 따르면, 적어도 하나의 t-형태의 섹션을 가지고 있어, 사용 시 상기 패키징의 수직 축들을 따라 연장되는, 패키징을 위한 보안 스티커가 제공된다.
상기 스티커는 보안 태그를 포함하는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 스티커는 사용 시 패키징의 모든 출입 지점들을 커버하도록 양 단부에서 상기 패키징의 수직 축들을 따라 연장되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 섹션은 십자형태일 수 있다.
상기 스티커는 주요 연장 섹션과 적어도 하나의 측면 연장 태그를 갖는다. 2개의 마주보는 측면 연장 태그들을 갖는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 스티커의 주요 섹션의 각 단부에는 서로 마주보도록 연장되고 주요 섹션의 측면들로부터 바깥쪽으로 연장되는 2개의 태그들이 제공되는 것이 바람직하다.
따라서, 본 발명에 따르면, 보안 태그(tag)를 포함하고, 적용 대상이 되는 패키징 전체를 밀봉할 수 있는 형태와 크기를 갖는 스티커가 제공될 수 있다.
도 1은 주요 연장 섹션(12)과 상기 주요 섹션의 각 단부 근처의 스티커의 양측으로부터 연장된 측면 탭(tab, 14)들을 갖는 스티커(10)를 도시하고 있다.
이하, 본 발명에 따라 설계된 보안 스티커가 도시된 첨부 도면을 참조로 본 발명의 일 실시예를설명한다. 이는 예시의 목적일 뿐 한정을 위한 것이 아니다.
도 1은 주요 연장 섹션(12)과 상기 주요 섹션의 각 단부 근처의 스티커의 양측으로부터 연장된 측면 탭(tab, 14)들을 갖는 스티커(10)를 도시하고 있다.
상기 탭(14)들은 상기 스티커(10)의 2개의 t-형태 또는 십자형 섹션들을 형성한다.
각 탭(14)은 상기 주요 섹션(12)에 대하여 접힐 수 있다.
상기 스티커(10)는 일 단부에, 가령 AM 또는 RF 보안 태그를 포함할 수 있으나, 여기에 제한되지 않는다. 본 실시예에 따르면, 상기 주요 섹션(12)의 일 단부에 보안 태그(16)가 형성되어 있으나, 상기 태그(16)는 스티커(10)의 어떤 편리한 위치에도 형성될 수 있다는 점을 이해해야 할 것이다.
제품의 보안 보호가 명시된 라벨(18)이 추가적으로 스티커(10)에 부착된다. 상기 라벨(18) 역시 어떤 편리한 위치에도 부착될 수 있다. 라벨(18)이 요구되지 않는 경우도 있다.
상기 스티커(10)는 글라신 라이너(glassine liner)에 영구 아크릴 접착제로 라미네이트된, 코팅된, 투명한, 광택성 높은, 2축 방향의 폴리프로필렌 필름을 포함한다.
적합한 스티커로는 제품명 PPTC 글로스 클리어(Gloss Clear) 60/HT236/65WG로 제공되는 스미스 앤 맥로린 주식회사(Smith & McLaurin Ltd.) 제품이 있다.
PPTC 글로스 클리어 60 필름은 물, 기름 및 대부분의 가정용 세제에 대한 저항력이 중요한 제품들에 특히 적합하다. 상기 필름은 단단한 화장실 용품 및 세미-스퀴즈(semi-squeeze, 살짝 짜내는 식의) 화장실 용품 및 화장품 용기에 라벨 부착용으로 적합하다.
HT236 접착제는 극성 및 비극성 기판에 대한 높은 고정력 및 접착력을 제공하도록 형성된 점착성 있는 아크릴 수용성 접착제이다. 상기 접착제는 폴리에틸렌 및 카톤 보드 (carton board)와 같은 서로 다른 기판들을 라벨링할 때 사용해야 한다. HT236의 구성 성분은 FDA 간접 푸드 컨택 (Indirect Food Contact) 175.105에 부합하는 것이라야 한다.
65WG 라이너는 자동 라벨 등록 또는 디스펜싱(dispensing)이 있는 경우 사용하기 적합한 62 그램 화이트 글라스 라인 라이너이다.
그래픽 프린팅은 활판인쇄(letterpress), 철판인쇄(flexographic), 스크린 또는 석판 처리 등을 포함한 다양한 기술을 사용해 스티커(10)에 적용될 수 있다. 스티커(10)는 또한 많은 프린터/리본 조합을 통해 열전사 인쇄에도 적합하다.
사용 시, 스티커(10)는 애플리케이터(applicator) (가령 HERMA 400 FixTM 애플리케이터)를 사용해 패키징에 부착된다.
스티커(10)는 용기가 열리지 않도록 용기의 모든 영역을 커버하도록 패키징의 양 단부에서 수직 축을 따라 연장되도록 부착된다. 이에 따라, 패키징 안에서 제품 전체가 밀봉된다.
상기 스티커(10)의 크기는 그것이 적용되는 패키징의 크기에 따라 다양하게 구현될 수 있음을 주지해야 한다. 태그(14)들은 가령, 사용 시 모서리 크리스(crease) 용기 주변에 추가적으로 연장되는 암(arm)을 형성하도록 연장될 수 있다.
또 다른 일 실시예에 따르면 (미도시), 주요 섹션의 단부는 L-형태일 수 있다. 즉, 주요 섹션의 단부는 용기의 일측으로부터 측면 방향으로 연장되는 단지 하나의 암(arm) 만을 갖는다. 이 암(arm)의 길이는 주요 섹션의 다른 측면을 향해 용기 전체를 감싸기에 충분한 길이를 갖는다.
앞서 설명한 스티커(10)는 탬퍼(tamper) 보호력, 즉 라벨이 조작되지 못하도록 하는 역할을 한다. 상기 스티커(10)는 비주얼 억지력(visual deterrent)을 제공하는 동안 제품 패키징의 외견을 손상시키지 않도록 미적 외견을 갖도록 디자인되었다.
태그(16)는 판매 시점에 쉽게 해제될 수 있다.
또 다른 일 실시예에 따르면 (미도시), 스티커는 보안 태그를 포함하지 않고, 보안 태그가 패키징 자체에 위치되기도 한다. 라벨도 패키징 상에 위치할 수 있다.
이러한 실시예에서는, 스티커의 형태도 같고 앞서 설명한 바와 같이 형성되며, 사용 시, 라벨의 탈착 또는 조작을 막기 위해 보안 태그 및/또는 라벨 위에 부착되는 것이 바람직하다. 스티커 또한 구매 전에 패키징 조작을 막을 수 있도록 패키징의 양 단부에서 수직 축을 따라 연장됨으로써 패키징을 밀봉하는 1차적인 기능을 계속적으로 갖는다.
앞서 설명한 내용은 실시예 및 그 사용 시 예시일 뿐임을 주지해야 한다. 당업자라면 본 발명의 진정한 범위에서 벗어나지 않으면서도 변경이 이루어질 수 있다는 것을 쉽게 이해할 수 있을 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 3차원 패키징의 보안을 위한 보안 스티커로서, 사용 시, 상기 패키징의 수직 축을 따라 연장될 수 있도록 적어도 하나의 t-형 섹션을 갖는 보안 스티커
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 스티커는 보안 태그를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 패키징의 보안을 위한 보안 스티커
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 스티커는 투명한 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 패키징의 보안을 위한 보안 스티커
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 스티커는 글라신 라이너(glassine liner)에 영구 아크릴 접착제로 라미네이트된 연신 폴리프로필렌 필름(oriented polypropylene film)으로부터 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 패키징의 보안을 위한 보안 스티커
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    사용 시, 상기 패키징의 모든 출입 지점을 커버하도록 상기 패키징의 양 단부에서 수직 축을 따라 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 패키징의 보안을 위한 보안 스티커
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 스티커는 하나의 주요 연장 섹션과 적어도 하나의 측면 연장 탭(tab)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 패키징의 보안을 위한 보안 스티커
  7. 제6항에 있어서,
    2개의 마주보는 측면 연장 태그들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 패키징의 보안을 위한 보안 스티커
  8. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 스티커의 상기 주요 섹션의 각 단부는 서로 바라보도록 연장되고 상기 주요 섹션의 측면들로부터 바깥쪽으로 연장되는 두 개의 태그들을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 패키징의 보안을 위한 보안 스티커
  9. 제1항의 보안 스티커의 사용방법으로서,
    상기 스티커가 상기 패키징의 적어도 두 개 축을 따라 연장되는, 3차원 패키징을 밀봉하는 보안 스티커의 사용방법
  10. 상기 명시된 바와 같은, 그리고 첨부된 도면들에 도시된 바와 같은 보안 스티커
