도 1은 터보기계의 개략적인 종단면도이다;

도 4b는 IVB-IVB선에 따른 단면에서의 동일한 벽의 상세도이다.
Claims (10)
- 터보기계의 연소실(4)의 환형 벽(11, 12)으로서, 상기 벽(11, 12)이 저온 측과 고온 측을 갖고, 연소실(4) 내부에 연료의 연소를 공급하기 위해 벽(11, 12)의 저온 측을 흐르는 공기의 제1 흐름이 벽(11, 12)의 고온 측으로 침투하도록 하기 위한 적어도 하나의 기본 구멍(17), 및 벽(11, 12)의 고온 측을 냉각하도록 벽(11, 12)의 저온 측을 흐르는 공기의 제2 흐름이 벽(11, 12)의 고온 측으로 침투하도록 하기 위해 1mm 이하의 직경을 각각 갖는 다수의 냉각 구멍(19)을 갖추고 있는 환형 벽(11, 12)에 있어서,
상기 다수의 냉각 구멍(19)은 또한 이 냉각 구멍(19)을 통해 벽(11, 12)의 고온 측으로 침투하는 공기의 흐름을 이용하여 상기 연소로 인해 생기는 연소 가스(20)를 희석하기에 적당한 것을 특징으로 하는 환형 벽(11, 12).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉각 구멍(19)이 벽(11, 12)을 통해 공기를 통과시키기 위해 전체 표면 영역의 50% 이상에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 환형 벽(11, 12).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉각 구멍(19)이 상기 적어도 하나의 기본 구멍(17)으로부터 하류의 벽(11, 12)을 통해 공기를 통과시키기 위해 전체 표면 영역의 적어도 97%에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 환형 벽(11, 12).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 냉각 구멍(19)의 각 구멍은 벽(11, 12)의 돌기에 있어서 벽(11, 12)의 중심 축(X)의 방향에 대하여 45° 이상의 각도(θ)를 나타내는 축을 따라 배향되는 것을 특징으로 하는 환형 벽(11, 12).
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 각도(θ)는 85°∼95°의 범위에 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 환형 벽(11, 12).
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 냉각 구멍(19)의 각 구멍은 벽(11, 12)에 대하여 각도(β)를 나타내는 축을 따라 배향되되, 각도(β)가 45° 이하이고, 바람직하게는 30° 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 환형 벽(11, 12).
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 각도(β)는 15° 이상, 바람직하게는 20° 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 환형 벽(11, 12).
- 동축으로 되어 있는 내부 벽(11) 및 외부 벽(12)을 구비하되, 상기 내부 벽(11) 및/또는 상기 외부 벽(12)이 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 환형 벽인 것을 특징으로 하는 터보기계를 위한 연소실(4).
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 적어도 하나의 환형 벽(11, 12)을 갖는 연소실(4)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 터보기계.
- 터보기계의 연소실(4)에서의 연소 가스(20)를 희석하는 방법으로서,
상기 연소실(4)은, 저온 측 및 고온 측을 갖고, 연소실(4) 내부에 연료의 연소를 공급하도록 벽(11, 12)의 저온 측을 흐르는 공기가 벽(11, 12)의 고온 측을 침투하도록 하기 위한 적어도 하나의 기본 구멍(17), 및 벽(11, 12)의 고온 측을 냉각하도록 벽(11, 12)의 저온 측을 흐르는 공기의 제2 흐름이 벽(11, 12)의 고온 측으로 침투하도록 하기 위해 1mm 이하의 직경을 각각 갖는 다수의 냉각 구멍(19)을 갖추고 있는 적어도 하나의 환형 벽(11, 12)을 가지고 있으며,
상기 방법은 벽(11, 12)의 고온 측으로 침투하는 공기의 흐름이 또한 연소 가스(20)를 희석하는 역할을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연소가스 희석방법.
