Claims (14)
- 양극 활물질을 포함하는 양극;
음극 활물질을 포함하는 음극;
리튬염 및 비수성 유기 용매를 포함하는 액상 전해질; 및
상기 음극과 양극 사이에 개재되며, 지지체 및 상기 지지체의 양면에 위치하는 플루오르계 고분자층을 포함하는 세퍼레이터를 포함하며,
상기 양극은 30 내지 70mg/cm2의 로딩량으로 상기 양극 활물질을 포함하는 것인 리튬 이차 전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 양극은 35 내지 65mg/cm2의 로딩량으로 상기 양극 활물질을 포함하는 것인 리튬 이차 전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 양극은 90 내지 190㎛의 두께를 갖는 것인 리튬 이차 전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 비수성 유기용매는 전해질 총 부피에 대하여 환형 카보네이트를 20부피% 이상 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 플루오르계 고분자는 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드인 리튬 이차 전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 플루오르계 고분자층은 2 내지 6㎛의 두께로 형성되는 리튬 이차 전지. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 지지체는 폴리올레핀계 고분자층 또는 폴리올레핀계 고분자층을 포함하는 적어도 2층의 다층막인 리튬 이차 전지. - 양극 및 음극을 제조하는 단계;
지지체 및 상기 지지체의 양면에 플루오르계 고분자층이 형성된 세퍼레이터를 상기 양극과 음극 사이에 개재하여 전극 조립체를 제조하는 단계;
상기 전극 조립체에 리튬염 및 비수성 유기용매를 포함하는 액상 전해질을 주입하는 단계를 포함하며,
상기 양극은 30 내지 70mg/cm2의 로딩량으로 양극 활물질을 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지의 제조방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 양극은 35 내지 65mg/cm2의 로딩량으로 상기 양극 활물질을 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지의 제조방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 양극은 90 내지 190㎛의 두께를 갖는 것인 리튬 이차 전지의 제조방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 비수성 유기용매는 전해질 총 부피에 대하여 환형 카보네이트를 20부피% 이상 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지의 제조방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 플루오르계 고분자는 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드인 리튬 이차 전지의 제조방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 플루오르계 고분자층은 2 내지 6㎛의 두께로 형성되는 리튬 이차 전지의 제조방법. - 제8항에 있어서,
