Claims (28)
- 약 275℃ 내지 약 310℃의 온도를 가지는 열가소성 조성물을 다이를 통해 압출하는 단계; 및
압출된 조성물을 냉각시켜, 열가소성 압출물을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 프로파일 압출 (profile extrusion) 방법으로서,
상기 열가소성 조성물은,
폴리아미드 약 35 중량% 내지 약 55 중량%,
폴리(아릴렌 에테르) 약 30 중량% 내지 약 50 중량%,
유리 섬유 약 5 중량% 내지 약 15 중량%, 및
폴리프로필렌 약 0.5 중량% 내지 약 4 중량%를 용융 블렌딩한 생성물을 포함하며;
다른 중량 기준이 명시되지 않은 한, 모든 중량%는 상기 열가소성 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리프로필렌이 15,000 원자 질량 유닛 (atomic mass unit) 이상의 중량 평균 분자량을 가진 호모폴리프로필렌인 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리아미드가 폴리아미드-6,6을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리(아릴렌 에테르)가, 25℃, 클로로포름 중에서의 측정 시, 약 0.35 ㎗/g 내지 약 0.5 ㎗/g의 고유 점도를 가진 폴리(2,6-디메틸-1,4-페닐렌 에테르)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법. - 제1 항 내지 제4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 조성물이 저밀도 폴리에틸렌을 약 0.5 중량% 내지 약 2 중량%로 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법. - 제1 항 내지 제4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 조성물이 비닐리덴 플루오라이드와 헥사플루오로프로필렌의 공중합체 약 0.02 중량% 내지 약 0.5 중량%를 더 포함하며,
상기 공중합체의 불소 함량은 공중합체의 총 중량을 기준으로 약 60 중량% 내지 약 70 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법. - 제1 항 내지 제4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 조성물이 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 약 0.5 중량% 내지 약 2 중량%, 및 비닐리덴 플루오라이드와 헥사플루오로프로필렌의 공중합체 약 0.02 중량% 내지 약 0.5 중량%를 더 포함하며,
상기 공중합체의 불소 함량은 공중합체의 총 중량을 기준으로 약 60 중량% 내지 약 70 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법. - 제1 항 내지 제4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 조성물이 알켄일 방향족 화합물과 공액 디엔의 비수소화된 또는 수소화된 블록 공중합체를 0.5 중량% 이하로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법. - 제1 항 내지 제4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 조성물이 호모폴리스티렌을 5 중량% 이하로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법. - 제1 항 내지 제4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 조성물이 충격 개질화제를 1 중량% 이하로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법. - 제1 항 내지 제4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 조성물이 전기 전도성 제제 (electrically conductive agents)를 0.3 중량% 이하로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법. - 제1 항 내지 제4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 조성물이, 폴리아미드를 포함하는 연속상 및 폴리(아릴렌 에테르)를 포함하는 분산상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법. - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 조성물이 약 280℃ 내지 약 300℃의 온도에서 다이를 통해 압출되며;
상기 열가소성 조성물이,
폴리아미드 약 40 중량% 내지 약 50 중량%,
폴리(아릴렌 에테르) 약 35 중량% 내지 약 45 중량%,
유리 섬유 약 7 중량% 내지 약 13 중량%, 및
폴리프로필렌 약 1 중량% 내지 약 3 중량%를 포함하며;
상기 폴리아미드가 폴리아미드-6,6을 포함하고;
상기 폴리(아릴렌 에테르)가, 25℃, 클로로포름 중에서의 측정 시, 약 0.35 ㎗/g 내지 약 0.46 ㎗/g의 고유 점도를 가진 폴리(2,6-디메틸-1,4-페닐렌 에테르)를 포함하며;
상기 폴리프로필렌이 약 20,000 원자 질량 유닛 내지 약 500,000 원자 질량 유닛의 중량 평균 분자량을 가진 호모폴리프로필렌이며;
상기 열가소성 조성물이 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 약 0.5 중량% 내지 약 2 중량% 및 비닐리덴 플루오라이드와 헥사플루오로프로필렌의 공중합체 약 0.02 중량% 내지 약 0.5 중량%를 더 포함하며, 상기 공중합체의 불소 함량은 공중합체의 총 중량을 기준으로 약 60 중량% 내지 약 70 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는, 방법. - 제1 항 내지 제4 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조되는 프로파일-압출물.
- 폴리아미드 약 35 중량% 내지 약 55 중량%,
폴리(아릴렌 에테르) 약 30 중량% 내지 약 50 중량%,
유리 섬유 약 5 중량% 내지 약 15 중량%, 및
폴리프로필렌 약 0.5 중량% 내지 약 4 중량%를 포함하는 열가소성 조성물로서,
다른 중량 기준이 명시되지 않은 한, 모든 중량%는 상기 열가소성 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 조성물. - 제15 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리프로필렌이 15,000 원자 질량 유닛 이상의 중량 평균 분자량을 가진 호모폴리프로필렌인 것을 특징으로 하는, 열가소성 조성물. - 제15 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리아미드가 폴리아미드-6,6을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열가소성 조성물. - 제15 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리(아릴렌 에테르)가, 25℃, 클로로포름 중에서의 측정 시, 약 0.35 ㎗/g 내지 약 0.5 ㎗/g의 고유 점도를 가진 폴리(2,6-디메틸-1,4-페닐렌 에테르)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열가소성 조성물. - 제15 항 내지 제18 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
저밀도 폴리에틸렌을 약 0.5 중량% 내지 약 2 중량%로 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열가소성 조성물. - 제15 항 내지 제18 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
비닐리덴 플루오라이드와 헥사플루오로프로필렌의 공중합체 약 0.02 중량% 내지 약 0.5 중량%를 더 포함하며,
상기 공중합체의 불소 함량은 공중합체의 총 중량을 기준으로 약 60 중량% 내지 약 70 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는, 열가소성 조성물. - 제15 항 내지 제18 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
저밀도 폴리에틸렌 약 0.5 중량% 내지 약 2 중량%, 및 비닐리덴 플루오라이드와 헥사플루오로프로필렌의 공중합체 약 0.02 중량% 내지 약 0.5 중량%를 더 포함하며,
상기 공중합체의 불소 함량은 공중합체의 총 중량을 기준으로 약 60 중량% 내지 약 70 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는, 열가소성 조성물. - 제15 항 내지 제18 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
알켄일 방향족 화합물과 공액 디엔의 비수소화된 또는 수소화된 블록 공중합체를 0.5 중량% 이하로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열가소성 조성물. - 제15 항 내지 제18 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
호모폴리스티렌을 0.5 중량% 이하로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열가소성 조성물. - 제15 항 내지 제18 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
충격 개질화제를 1 중량% 이하로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열가소성 조성물. - 제15 항 내지 제18 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
전기 전도성 제제를 0.3 중량% 이하로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열가소성 조성물. - 제15 항 내지 제18 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
폴리아미드를 포함하는 연속상 및 폴리(아릴렌 에테르)를 포함하는 분산상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 열가소성 조성물. - 제15 항에 있어서,
상기 열가소성 조성물이,
폴리아미드 약 40 중량% 내지 약 50 중량%,
폴리(아릴렌 에테르) 약 35 중량% 내지 약 45 중량%,
유리 섬유 약 7 중량% 내지 약 13 중량%, 및
폴리프로필렌 약 1 중량% 내지 약 3 중량%를 포함하며;
상기 폴리아미드가 폴리아미드-6,6을 포함하고;
상기 폴리(아릴렌 에테르)가 25℃, 클로로포름 중에서의 측정 시, 약 0.35 ㎗/g 내지 약 0.46 ㎗/g의 고유 점도를 가진 폴리(2,6-디메틸-1,4-페닐렌 에테르)를 포함하며;
상기 폴리프로필렌이 약 20,000 원자 질량 유닛 내지 약 500,000 원자 질량 유닛의 중량 평균 분자량을 가진 호모폴리프로필렌이며;
상기 열가소성 조성물이 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 약 0.5 중량% 내지 약 2 중량% 및 비닐리덴 플루오라이드와 헥사플루오로프로필렌의 공중합체 약 0.02 중량% 내지 약 0.5 중량%를 더 포함하며, 상기 공중합체의 불소 함량은 공중합체의 총 중량을 기준으로 약 60 중량% 내지 약 70 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는, 열가소성 조성물. - 제15 항 내지 제18 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 포함하는 프로파일-압출물.
