Claims (17)
- 압연에 의해 형성한 동(銅) 또는 동합금으로 이루어진 압연 동박으로서,
표면의 결정 방위에 있어서, RDW 방위 {012}<100>방위로부터 13°이내의 면적율이 15% 이하인 이차전지 집전체용 압연 동박. - 제1항에 있어서, 압연 방향에 대해 60°내지 120°방향의 줄무늬 모양의 표면 요철이 보이는 영역의 면적율이 60% 이상인 이차전지 집전체용 압연 동박.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 주성분으로 Cr 및 Zr 중 적어도 한쪽을 포함하는 Cu-(Cr, Zr)계 동합금으로서, 주성분이 되는 Cr, Zr 중 적어도 1종을 총 0.01 내지 0.9mass% 함유하는
이차전지 집전체용 압연 동박. - 제3항에 있어서, 부첨가 성분이 되는 Sn, Zn, Si, Mn, Mg로부터 적어도 1종을 총 0.01 내지 0.45mass% 함유하는
이차전지 집전체용 압연 동박. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 주성분으로 Ag를 포함하는 Cu-Ag계 동합금으로서, 주성분이 되는 Ag를 총 0.01 내지 0.9mass% 함유하는
이차전지 집전체용 압연 동박. - 제5항에 있어서, 부첨가 성분이 되는 Sn, Zn, Si, Mn, Mg로부터 적어도 1종을 총 0.01 내지 0.45mass% 함유하는
이차전지 집전체용 압연 동박. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 주성분으로 Sn을 포함하는 Cu-Sn계 동합금으로서, 주성분이 되는 Sn을 총 0.01 내지 4.9mass% 함유하는
이차전지 집전체용 압연 동박. - 제7항에 있어서, 부첨가 성분이 되는 Zn, Si, P, Mg로부터 적어도 1종을 총 0.01 내지 0.45mass% 함유하는
이차전지 집전체용 압연 동박. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 주성분으로 Ni 및 Si를 포함하는 Cu-Ni-Si계 동합금으로서, 주성분이 되는 Ni를 1.4 내지 4.8mass%, Si를 0.2 내지 1.3mass% 함유하는
이차전지 집전체용 압연 동박. - 제9항에 있어서, 부첨가 성분이 되는 Sn, Zn, Si, Cr, Mn, Mg, Co로부터 적어도 1종을 총 0.005 내지 0.9mass% 함유하는
이차전지 집전체용 압연 동박. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 산소를 포함하는 순동(純銅)계로서, 산소량이 2 내지 200ppm인
이차전지 집전체용 압연 동박. - 제3항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주성분을 제외한 잔부, 또는 주성분 및 부첨가 성분을 제외한 잔부가 불가피 불순물(不可避不純物)에 의해 형성되어 있는
이차전지 집전체용 압연 동박. - 제1항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항의 이차전지 집전체용 압연 동박을 제조하는 압연 동박의 제조방법으로서,
피압연재에 대해 재결정 온도 이상으로 가열하여 열간 압연을 실시하는 열간 압연 공정과,
상기 열간 압연 공정 후에, 재결정이 생기지 않는 온도하에서 냉간 압연을 실시하는 적어도 2회의 중간 냉간 압연 공정과,
상기 중간 냉간 압연 공정 사이에, 소정의 온도하이면서 승온 속도로 중간적인 어닐링(annealing)을 실시하는 적어도 1회의 중간 소둔 공정과,
최종회의 상기 중간 냉간 압연 공정 후에, 소정의 온도하이면서 소정의 승온 속도로 최종적인 어닐링을 실시하는 최종 소둔 공정을 포함하고,
상기 최종 소둔 공정에 들어가기 전에 실시되는 상기 중간 소둔 공정에 있어서,
상기 승온 속도가 재결정 전구현상의 시간을 주지 않는 속도로 설정되고,
도달 온도가 특정 입자계의 우선 이동을 억제하고 랜덤화한 재결정 조직이 얻어지는 높은 온도로 설정되는
이차전지 집전체용 압연 동박의 제조방법. - 제13항에 있어서, 상기 최종 소둔 공정에 들어가기 전에 실시되는 상기 중간 소둔 공정에 있어서,
상기 도달 온도가 동합금의 재결정 온도의 상한보다 높은 온도인
이차전지 집전체용 압연 동박의 제조방법. - 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 상기 최종 소둔 공정에 들어가기 전에 실시되는 상기 중간 소둔 공정에 있어서,
상기 승온 속도가 2℃/초 이상이고,
상기 도달 온도가 800℃ 이상의 온도인
이차전지 집전체용 압연 동박의 제조방법. - 제13항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열간 압연 공정 후에 냉간 압연을 실시하는 제1 중간 냉간 압연 공정과,
상기 제1 중간 냉간 압연 공정에 이어, 중간적인 소둔을 실시하는 제1 중간 소둔 공정과,
상기 제1 중간 소둔 공정에 이어 냉간 압연을 실시하는 제2 중간 냉간 압연 공정과,
상기 제2 중간 냉간 압연 공정에 이어, 중간적인 소둔을 실시하는 제2 중간 소둔 공정과,
상기 제2 중간 소둔 공정에 이어 냉간 압연을 실시하는 제3 중간 냉간 압연 공정을 포함하고,
상기 최종 소둔 공정은,
상기 제3 중간 냉간 압연 공정에 이어 실시되고,
상기 제2 중간 소둔 공정이,
상기 최종 소둔 공정에 들어가기 전에 실시되는 상기 중간 소둔 공정으로서,
상기 승온 속도가 재결정 전구현상의 시간을 주지 않는 속도로 설정되고,
