Claims (5)
- 실장부(14)를 갖는 제어장치모듈(4)을 통상의 형광등 소켓(36)에 전기접속이 가능함과 동시에 끼움이 가능한 사이즈로 구성하고, 제어장치모듈(4)의 실장부(14)에는 상용교류 입력전압을 직류 출력전압으로 변환하는 전원팩(6)을 잠입하며 제어장치모듈(4)의 후단 끼움부(32)에는 분리형 엘이디조명부(8)가 끼움 체결되게 구성하고,
상기의 분리형 엘이디조명부(8)는, 다수 엘이디(34)가 배열된 기판(18)과, 기판(18)의 배면에 장치된 방열판(22)과, 제어장치모듈(4)의 끼움부(32)에 체결가능한 구조를 가지며 기판(18)과 결합된 엘이디구동부(16)와, 기판(18)의 엘이디(34) 전방에 조립되는 조명커버(26)로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 형광등 소켓에 적용가능한 엘이디 조명장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
엘이디구동부(16)와 기판(18)은 도전용 체결부재(19)를 통해 전기적으로 접속되게 구성함을 특징으로 하는 형광등 소켓에 적용가능한 엘이디 조명장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
방열판(22)에는 엘이디조명부(8) 내에서 회류하는 열을 외부로 배출시키기 위한 배출통공(24)이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 형광등 소켓에 적용가능한 엘이디 조명장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
전원팩(6)은 회로기판의 양면 각각에 집적구성부품을 나눠 설치하고, 내부 트랜스포머(40)에 구비된 코어를 통상의 조명 엘이디용 트랜스포머(40) 크기보다 줄여 코어에 감기는 도선의 회전수를 감소시킴에 의해 실장부(14)에 잠입가능하게 구성함을 특징으로 하는 형광등 소켓에 적용가능한 엘이디 조명장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
제어장치모듈(4)과 엘이디조명부(8)에는 끼움 결합을 위한 체결홈(10a)(10b)과 체결핀(12a)(12b)이 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 형광등 소켓에 적용가능한 엘이디 조명장치.
