Abstract
공급실(20)로부터 날개실(14)로 분산질(P) 및 액상분산매(R)를 흡인하여 분산시킨 슬러리(F)를 생성하여 토출구(16a)로부터 토출되는 원심식의 흡인펌프기구(Y)를 구비한 분산장치(100)에 있어서, 토출구(16a)에 통하는 토출로(16)와 날개실(14)에 연통하는 도입실(18)의 도입구(18a)를 접속하는 순환로(17)를 배치하고, 당해 슬러리(F) 중 적어도 일부를 순환로(17)에 유통시켜 도입실(18)에 순환공급시키는 순환기구부(Z)를 구비하며, 공급실(20)에 연통하는 공급로(103) 및 토출로(16)가 각각 전환수단(Va, Vb, Vc)을 통하여 접속되는 2개의 저장수단(T1, T2)을 배치한다.

Claims (4)
- 분산질과 액상분산매가 공급구를 통하여 공급되는 공급실과, 상기 공급실의 외주측에 형성되어 상기 공급실에 연통하는 링형상의 날개실과, 상기 날개실 내에서 회전구동 가능한 회전날개와, 상기 날개실의 외주측에 형성된 토출구를 본체케이싱에 배치하고, 상기 회전날개의 회전구동에 의하여, 상기 분산질 및 상기 액상분산매를 상기 공급실로부터 상기 날개실로 흡인하며, 상기 액상분산매에 상기 분산질을 분산시킨 슬러리를 생성하여 상기 토출구로부터 토출하도록 함과 함께, 상기 본체케이싱에, 상기 공급실에 대하여 구획판에 의하여 구획 형성되어 상기 날개실에 연통하는 도입실을 배치하고, 상기 토출구로 통하는 토출로와 상기 도입실의 도입구를 접속하는 순환로를 배치하며, 상기 토출구로부터 토출된 슬러리의 적어도 일부를 상기 순환로에 유통시켜 상기 도입실에 순환공급시키는 순환기구부를 설치한 원심식의 흡인펌프기구를 구비한 분산시스템으로서,
상기 공급실에 연통하는 공급로 및 상기 토출로가 각각 전환수단을 통하여 접속되는 2개의 저장수단을 배치한 것
을 특징으로 하는 분산시스템. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 2개의 저장수단 중 어느 일방의 저장수단에 액상분산매를 저장하고, 상기 저장수단으로부터, 액상분산매를 공급로를 통하여 공급실에 공급하도록 한 것
을 특징으로 하는 분산시스템. - 분산질과 액상분산매가 공급구를 통하여 공급되는 공급실과, 상기 공급실의 외주측에 형성되어 상기 공급실에 연통하는 링형상의 날개실과, 상기 날개실 내에서 회전구동 가능한 회전날개와, 상기 날개실의 외주측에 형성된 토출구를 본체케이싱에 배치하고, 상기 회전날개의 회전구동에 의하여, 상기 분산질 및 상기 액상분산매를 상기 공급실로부터 상기 날개실로 흡인하며, 상기 액상분산매에 상기 분산질을 분산시킨 슬러리를 생성하여 상기 토출구로부터 토출하도록 함과 함께, 상기 본체케이싱에, 상기 공급실에 대하여 구획판에 의하여 구획 형성되어 상기 날개실에 연통하는 도입실을 배치하고, 상기 토출구로 통하는 토출로와 상기 도입실의 도입구를 접속하는 순환로를 배치하며, 상기 토출구로부터 토출된 슬러리의 적어도 일부를 상기 순환로에 유통시켜 상기 도입실에 순환공급시키는 순환기구부를 설치한 원심식의 흡인펌프기구를 구비한 분산시스템의 운전방법으로서,
상기 공급실에 연통하는 공급로 및 상기 토출로가 각각 전환수단을 통하여 접속되는 2개의 저장수단을 배치하고, 일방의 저장수단에 저장되어 있는 생성 슬러리를 공급로를 통하여 공급실에 공급하면서, 토출구로부터 토출된 슬러리를 토출로를 통하여 타방의 저장수단에 저장하고, 다음으로, 이로써 타방의 저장수단에 저장된 생성 슬러리를 공급로를 통하여 공급실에 공급하면서, 토출구로부터 토출된 슬러리를 토출로를 통하여 일방의 저장수단에 저장하는 것을, 소정 횟수 반복하는 것
을 특징으로 하는 분산시스템의 운전방법. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 2개의 저장수단 중 어느 일방의 저장수단에 액상분산매를 저장하고, 그 저장수단으로부터, 액상분산매를 공급로를 통하여 공급실에 공급하도록 한 것
을 특징으로 하는 분산시스템의 운전방법.
