Claims (28)
- a) 병원체-특이적/숙주 표지자 식별 복합체가 각각의 병원체-특이적/숙주 표지자 생체인식 분자(BRM)에 접합된 마이크로비드를 포함하고, 마이크로비드 각각이 양자점, 형광 염료 또는 이들의 조합을 함유하여, 각각의 마이크로비드가 제 1 신호로서 하나 이상의 스펙트럼을 방출하도록 되어있는 병원체 및 숙주 표지자 각각의 검출을 위한 병원체-특이적/숙주 표지자 식별 복합체를 함유하는 검출 매체로서, 이때 검출 매체가 임상 샘플 및 검출 분자와 조합되도록 작동되고, 병원체-특이적/숙주 표지자 식별 복합체가 존재하는 경우 임상 샘플 중에 표적 분자와 결합하게 되어, 병원체-특이적/숙주 표지자 식별 복합체, 검출 분자 및 표적 분자가 검출 복합체를 형성하게 되는, 검출 매체;
b) (i) 검출 복합체가 유동력의 영향하에 마이크로유체 채널내의 레이저-조명된 영역을 통해 구동되도록 작동되어, 생성된 스펙트럼 신호가 상이한 유형의 검출 복합체로부터 방출되고, 이때 생성된 스펙트럼 신호가 제 1 신호, 제 2 신호 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는, 마이크로유체 플랫폼; 및 (ii) 생성된 스펙트럼 신호가 검출되도록 작동되고, 생성된 스펙트럼 신호에 직접 응답하여 전자를 방출시킴으로써 생성된 스펙트럼 신호를 수집하고 이를 상이한 유형의 검출 복합체 각각에 대해 변형된 광학 코드로 변형시키도록 되어있는 고상 광검출기를 갖는 검출 소자를 포함하는, 포켓용 진단 장치; 및
c) 각각의 상기 변형된 광학 코드를, 스펙트럼 기준 데이터베이스에서 상응하는 병원체-특이적/숙주 표지자 특이적 스펙트럼 중 하나와 부합시켜 임상 샘플내에 함유된 병원체의 목록 및 병원체/숙주 특성의 목록이 생성되도록 작동되는, 병원체-특이적/숙주 표지자 기준 스펙트럼의 스펙트럼 기준 데이터베이스
를 포함하는, 하나 이상의 표적 분자를 잠재적으로 함유하는 숙주로부터 수집된 임상 샘플을 사용하고, 존재하는 경우 임상 샘플 중에 표적 분자와 결합하고 제 2 신호로서 하나 이상의 스펙트럼을 방출하도록 된 검출 분자를 사용하는, 병원체의 검출, 병원체의 동정, 병원체의 특징규명 또는 병원체 숙주의 특징규명을 위한 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
마이크로비드 중 하나 이상이 양자점을 함유하여 제 1 신호를 제공하고, 임상 샘플로서 혈액 샘플, 혈장 샘플, 뇌척수액(CSF), 혈청 샘플, 기관지 폐포 세척물(BAL), 비강인두(NP) 스웝, NP 흡인물 또는 타액 샘플을 사용하는 시스템. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
