Description
Claims (14)
- 탄소 나노튜브:그래핀 판(graphene platelet)의 질량비가 ≥ 5:95 내지 ≤ 75:25의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는, 탄소 나노튜브 및 그래핀 판을 포함하는 분산액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄소 나노튜브:그래핀 판의 질량비가 ≥ 20:80 내지 ≤ 60:40의 범위인 분산액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수성 분산액인 분산액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄소 나노튜브가 평균 외부 직경 ≥ 3 nm 내지 ≤ 100 nm 및 직경에 대한 길이 비율 ≥ 5를 갖는 단일벽 및/또는 다중벽 탄소 나노튜브인 분산액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄소 나노튜브가 응집되지 않은 형태로 존재하고, ≥ 0.5 ㎛ 내지 ≤ 2 ㎛의 d90으로서 표시되는 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 것인 분산액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 그래핀 판이 1층 내지 100층 그래핀 판인 분산액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄소 나노튜브 및 그래핀 판의 총 함량이 ≥ 1 중량% 내지 ≤ 15 중량%인 분산액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알콕실레이트, 알킬올 아미드, 에스테르, 아민 산화물, 알킬 폴리글루코시드, 알킬페놀, 아릴알킬페놀, 수용성 단독중합체, 수용성 랜덤 공중합체, 수용성 블록 공중합체, 수용성 그라프트 중합체, 폴리비닐 알콜, 폴리비닐 알콜 및 폴리비닐 아세테이트의 공중합체, 폴리비닐피롤리돈, 셀룰로스, 전분, 젤라틴, 젤라틴 유도체, 아미노산 중합체, 폴리리신, 폴리아스파르트산, 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리에틸렌술포네이트, 폴리스티렌술포네이트, 폴리메타크릴레이트, 방향족 술폰산과 포름알데히드의 축합 생성물, 나프탈렌술포네이트, 리그노술포네이트, 아크릴 단량체의 공중합체, 폴리에틸렌이민, 폴리비닐아민, 폴리알릴아민, 폴리(2-비닐피리딘), 블록 코폴리에테르, 폴리스티렌 블록을 갖는 블록 코폴리에테르 및/또는 폴리디알릴디메틸암모늄 클로라이드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 첨가제를 추가로 포함하는 분산액.
- 제1항에 있어서, 25℃에서의 점도가, 1/s의 전단 속도에서 ≥ 2 mPa s 내지 ≤ 100,000 mPa s인 분산액.
- 탄소 나노튜브 및 그래핀 판을, 분산액 중 탄소 나노튜브:그래핀 판의 질량비가 ≥ 5:95 내지 ≤ 75:25의 범위가 되도록 하는 방식으로 조합하는 단계를 포함하는, 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 분산액의 제조 방법.
- 전기 전도성 필름의 제조를 위한 인쇄 잉크로서의, 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 분산액의 용도.
- 탄소 나노튜브:그래핀 판의 질량비가 ≥ 5:95 내지 ≤ 75:25의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는, 탄소 나노튜브 및 그래핀 판을 포함하는 전기 전도성 필름.
- 제12항에 있어서, ≥ 7 kS/m의 비전도율을 갖는 필름.
- 제12항에 있어서, 기판 상의 전기 전도체 트랙으로서 존재하는 필름.
