Claims (3)
- 엔진과,
이 엔진의 동력이 전달되어 구동되는 가변 용량형 유압 펌프와,
이 가변 용량형 유압 펌프로부터 토출된 작동유로 구동되는 유압 액추에이터와,
상기 가변 용량형 유압 펌프와 상기 유압 액추에이터 사이에 개재하고, 조작 수단으로부터의 조작 신호에 의해 상기 가변 용량형 유압 펌프로부터의 작동유를 상기 유압 액추에이터에 공급하여 상기 액추에이터를 구동하는 작업 상태와, 상기 가변 용량형 유압 펌프로부터의 작동유를 상기 유압 액추에이터에 공급하지 않고 작동유 탱크에 복귀시키는 비작업 상태로 전환 가능한 액추에이터 제어용 제어 밸브와,
상기 엔진에서 발생한 배기 가스 중의 입자상 물질을 필터에 의해 포집하는 배기 가스 정화 장치와,
상기 가변 용량형 유압 펌프의 토출압을 제어하는 토출압 제어 수단과, 이 토출압 제어 수단을 제어하는 제어 수단을 구비하고,
상기 비작업 상태에 있어서, 상기 제어 수단이 상기 토출압 제어 수단을 제어해서 상기 가변 용량형 유압 펌프의 토출압을 상승시킴으로써, 엔진 부하를 증가시켜 배기 가스 온도를 입자상 물질의 연소에 필요한 온도로 상승시키는 유압 작업 기계의 유압 구동 장치에 있어서,
상기 가변 용량형 유압 펌프와 상기 토출압 제어 수단 사이에 설치되고, 상기 가변 용량형 유압 펌프의 토출압을 검출하는 압력 검출 수단을 더 구비하고,
상기 제어 수단은,
상기 배기 가스 정화 장치의 필터의 막힘을 검지하지 않았을 경우에는, 상기 가변 용량형 유압 펌프로부터 토출되는 압유가 유압 회로의 냉각 및 윤활에 필요한 최저 토출압 및 최저 토출량이 되도록, 엔진 회전수를 제1 목표 회전수로 제어하고,
상기 배기 가스 정화 장치의 필터의 막힘을 검지하였을 경우에는, 상기 가변 용량형 유압 펌프로부터 토출되는 압유가 배기 가스 온도를 입자상 물질의 연소에 필요한 온도로 상승시키기 위해 엔진 회전수를 상기 제1 목표 회전수보다도 높은 제2 목표 회전수로 제어하는 것과 함께, 상기 압력 검출 수단에 의해 검출되는 상기 가변 용량형 유압 펌프의 토출압이 배기 가스 온도를 입자상 물질의 연소에 필요한 온도까지 상승시키는 부하에 대응하여 미리 설정된 압력으로 되도록 상기 토출압 제어 수단을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유압 작업 기계의 유압 구동 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 토출압 제어 수단은 가변 조리개이며, 상기 액추에이터 제어용 제어 밸브보다도 상기 가변 용량형 유압 펌프로부터 토출되는 압유의 흐름의 상류측에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는, 유압 작업 기계의 유압 구동 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 토출압 제어 수단은 가변 조리개이며, 상기 액추에이터 제어용 제어 밸브보다도 상기 가변 용량형 유압 펌프로부터 토출되는 압유의 흐름의 하류측에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는, 유압 작업 기계의 유압 구동 장치.
