Abstract
Description
도 2는 발아된 옥수수에 상이한 농도의 비산염(As V)을 처리한 후, 뿌리 길이에 대한 비소 내성 박테리아의 접종 효과를 나타낸다. (A) 0μM, (B) 100μM 및 (C) 200μM의 비소 처리 후, 박테리아 분리 균주 접종에 의한 옥수수 뿌리 신장 정도를 나타낸다. 값들은 4회 반복의 평균±SE를 나타낸다(n=10). 별표(*)는 LSD 시험에 의한 그룹 당 대조구의 평균값의 유의차를 나타낸다(*P≤0.05, **P≤0.001).

- 비소(Arsenic, As)에 내성을 가지면서 식물 생장을 촉진하는 슈도모나스 그리몬티(Pseudomonas grimontii) JS1215 균주(KACC91747P).
- 비소(Arsenic, As)에 내성을 가지면서 식물 생장을 촉진하는 로도코커스 에테리보란스(Rhodococcus aetherivorans) JS2210 균주(KACC91748P).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 식물의 생장 촉진은 식물의 뿌리 생장 촉진인 것을 특징으로 하는 균주.
