Abstract
본 발명의 제조방법에 따라 제조된 양극 촉매를 채용한 리튬-공기 전지에 따르면, 리튬-공기 전지 양극에서의 산소 반응을 촉진시켜 충전 및 방전 과전압을 낮추고 에너지 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.

Claims (22)
- 성게 형태의 α-MnO2을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬-공기 전지용 양극 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 α-MnO2에 담지된 백금(Pt), 루테늄(Ru), 이리듐(Ir), 금(Au) 및 팔라듐(Pd)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1 또는 2종 이상의 나노 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬-공기 전지용 양극 촉매.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 나노 입자의 함량은 α-MnO2 100 중량부 기준으로 1 내지 10 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬-공기 전지용 양극 촉매.
- 망간(Mn) 전구체에 과황산암모늄 및 은 질산염(silver nitrate)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 제1 반응활성제를 첨가하여 성게 형태의 α-MnO2 분말을 형성하는 제1 단계;
백금(Pt), 루테늄(Ru), 이리듐(Ir), 금(Au) 및 팔라듐(Pd)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1 또는 2종 이상의 나노 입자 전구체를 과황산암모늄 및 은 질산염(silver nitrate)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 제2 반응활성제 및 환원제와 혼합하는 제2 단계;
상기 제2 단계에서 제조된 혼합물을 상기 α-MnO2 분말과 혼합하는 제3 단계; 및
상기 제 3단계에서 제조된 혼합물을 환원시키는 제4단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬-공기 전지용 양극 촉매 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 제4 단계에서 얻어진 수득물를 냉각하여 분쇄하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬-공기 전지용 양극 촉매 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 망간(Mn) 전구체는 망간 황화물, 망간 염화물, 망간 질산염, 망간 아세테이트 및 망간 아세틸아세토네이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1 또는 2종 이상의 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬-공기 전지용 양극 촉매 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 금(Au)의 나노 입자 전구체는 금 염화물 또는 금 시안화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬-공기 전지용 양극 촉매 제조방법.

상기 백금(Pt)의 나노 입자 전구체는 백금 염화물, 백금 아세틸아세토네이트 및 백금 시안화물으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1 또는 2종 이상의 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬-공기 전지용 양극 촉매 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 이리듐(Ir)의 나노 입자 전구체는 이리듐 염화물 또는 이리듐 질산염인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬-공기 전지용 양극 촉매 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서,
상기 루테늄(Ru)의 나노 입자 전구체는 류테늄 염화물, 루테늄 아세틸아세토네이트 및 류테늄 질산염으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1 또는 2종 이상의 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬-공기 전지용 양극 촉매 제조방법.
