Claims (10)
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 지지체가 캐리어 단백질 또는 캐리어 고상 담체인, 비특이 반응 억제제.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 캐리어 단백질이 알부민인, 비특이 반응 억제제.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 캐리어 고상 담체가 입자인, 비특이 반응 억제제.
- 청구항 1 ~ 4 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 비특이 반응 억제제를 사용하는, 면역 학적 측정 방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 면역학적 측정 방법이, 라텍스 응집 광학적 측정법, 효소 면역 분석법, 면역 비탁 분석법, 효소 면역 측정법, 형광 면역 측정법, 또는 방사 면역 측정법인, 면역학적 측정 방법.
- 청구항 5 또는 청구항 6에 있어서, 검체에 포함된 표적 물질과의 특이적인 면역 반응 공정을 수행하기 전에, 해당 검체와 비특이 반응 억제제를 반응시키는, 면역학적 측정 방법.
- 청구항 5 또는 청구항 6에 있어서, 비특이 반응 억제제의 공존 하에, 검체에 포함된 표적 물질과의 특이적인 면역 반응 공정을 수행하는, 면역학적 측정 방법.
- 청구항 5 또는 청구항 6에 있어서, 면역 측정이 샌드위치법에 의한 측정이며, 검체에 포함된 표적 물질과의 특이적인 면역 반응 공정의 하나 이상의 공정을 비특이 반응 억제제의 공존 하에서 실시하는, 면역 학적 측정 방법.
- 청구항 1 ~ 4 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 비특이 반응 억제제를 함유하는 면역 학적 측정 키트.
