Claims (15)
- 외부 표면들을 갖고 적어도 제1 중합체 조성물 및 제2 중합체 조성물을 포함하는 다성분 섬유들 - 여기서, 다성분 섬유들의 외부 표면들의 적어도 일부는 제1 중합체 조성물을 포함하고, 다성분 섬유들은 함께 접착됨 - ; 및
다성분 섬유들 중 적어도 일부의 외부 표면들 상의 제1 중합체 조성물에 적어도 접착된 중공 세라믹 미소구체들을 포함하는 물품. - 제1항에 있어서, 연속 중합체 매트릭스를 포함하지 않는 물품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중공 세라믹 미소구체들은 다성분 섬유들의 외부 표면에의 제1 중합체 조성물에 직접 부착되는 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 중합체 조성물은 연화 온도가 최대 150 ℃이고, 제2 중합체 조성물은 융점이 130 ℃ 이상이고, 제1 중합체 조성물의 연화 온도와 제2 중합체 조성물의 융점 사이의 차이가 10 ℃ 이상인 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 중합체 조성물은 1 ㎐의 주파수에서 측정할 때 80 ℃ 이상의 온도에서의 탄성 계수가 3 × 105 N/㎡ 미만인 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다성분 섬유들은 110 ℃ 이상의 온도에서 비-융합성(non-fusing)인 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중공 세라믹 미소구체들은 물품의 총 부피를 기준으로 95 부피% 이상의 수준으로 존재하는 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중공 세라믹 미소구체들은 유리 마이크로버블 또는 펄라이트 미소구체인 물품.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 밀도가 최대 0.5 g/㎤인 물품.
