- 폴리머 기재와,
상기 폴리머 기재 상에 직접 배치되어 있고, 산가가 2 ∼ 10 ㎎KOH/g 인 바인더 및 함유량이 2.5 ∼ 8.5 g/m2 인 안료를 함유하고, 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트 봉지재에 대해 50 N/㎝ 이상의 접착력을 갖는 착색층을 갖는, 태양 전지용 백 시트. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 착색층은, 추가로 상기 바인더에 대해 0.5 ∼ 50 질량% 의 가교제에서 유래하는 구조 부분을 함유하는, 태양 전지용 백 시트. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 가교제가 옥사졸린계 가교제 또는 트리아진계 가교제인, 태양 전지용 백 시트. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리머 기재 상에 형성된 적어도 1 개의 층이 불소계 계면 활성제를 함유하는, 태양 전지용 백 시트. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 안료가 백색 안료이고, 상기 착색층이 형성된 면에 있어서의 파장 550 ㎚ 의 광에 대한 반사율이 80 % 이상인, 태양 전지용 백 시트. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 봉지재와 상기 착색층을 직접 접착시켜 120 ℃, 100 %RH 의 분위기하에 60 시간 보존했을 때, 보존 후의 상기 봉지재와 상기 착색층의 접착력이 보존 전의 상기 봉지재와 상기 착색층의 접착력의 60 % 이상이고, 또한 상기 폴리머 기재와 상기 착색층 사이에서 박리가 생기지 않는 것인, 태양 전지용 백 시트. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리머 기재는 카르복실기의 함량이 20 당량/톤 이하인 폴리에스테르 수지를 함유하는, 태양 전지용 백 시트. - 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리머 기재는 카르복실기의 함량이 17 당량/톤 이하인 폴리에스테르 수지를 함유하는, 태양 전지용 백 시트. - 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 바인더가 폴리올레핀으로 구성되어 있는, 태양 전지용 백 시트. - 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리머 기재가 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트와 상기 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트의 전체 질량에 대해 0.1 질량% ∼ 10 질량% 의 말단 봉지제를 함유하여 구성되어 있는, 태양 전지용 백 시트. - 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리머 기재가 무기 입자 또는 유기 입자를 함유하고, 상기 입자의 평균 입경이 0.1 ㎛ ∼ 10 ㎛ 이고, 또한 상기 입자의 함유량이 폴리머 기재의 전체 질량에 대해 0 ∼ 50 질량% 인, 태양 전지용 백 시트. - 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 폴리머 기재의 적어도 상기 착색층이 형성되어 있는 측의 면이 코로나 처리, 글로우 방전 처리, 및 화염 처리의 적어도 1 종의 방법으로 표면 처리되어 있는, 태양 전지용 백 시트. - 태양 전지 소자와,
상기 태양 전지 소자를 봉지하는 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트 봉지재와,
상기 봉지재와 접착하고, 수광면측을 보호하는 표면 보호 부재와,
제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 태양 전지용 백 시트를 함유하고, 상기 착색층이 상기 봉지재와 직접 접착하고, 상기 수광면과는 반대측을 보호하는 이면 보호 부재를 갖는, 태양 전지 모듈.
