Claims (10)
- 구름 베어링과 급유 장치의 조합으로 이루어지는 베어링 장치에 있어서, 급유 장치가, 가압된 윤활유를 저류(貯留)하며, 윤활유의 토출구(吐出口)를 가지는 윤활유 탱크와, 윤활유 탱크의 토출구를 개폐하는 개폐 밸브와, 상기 개폐 밸브를 구동하는 구동부와, 상기 구동부를 구동하는 전기 에너지를 발전(發電)시키는 전원부로 이루어지며, 상기 급유 장치를, 상기 구름 베어링 또는 이것에 인접한 스페이서에 부착시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 윤활유 탱크에, 충전(充塡)된 윤활유를 가압 스프링에 의해 가압하는 가압 장치를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 장치. - 구름 베어링과 급유 장치의 조합으로 이루어지는 베어링 장치에 있어서, 급유 장치가, 구름 베어링 또는 이것에 인접한 스페이서에 부착된, 윤활유 탱크와, 개폐 밸브 및 토출량 조정 장치를 구비하며, 상기 개폐 밸브의 노즐로부터 윤활유를 토출시키는 압력을, 윤활유 탱크 내부에 충전된 윤활제의 자중(自重)에 의해 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 노즐은, 상기 윤활유 탱크의 하단보다 낮은 위치에 설치되며, 상기 윤활유 탱크의 대기로의 개방구(開放口)에 공기는 통과시키고 윤활유는 차단시키는 필터가 장착된 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 장치. - 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 급유 장치는, 케이싱과 그 내부에 수납된 제(諸) 부재에 의해 급유 유닛으로서 유닛화되고, 상기 케이싱이 상기 고정측 궤도륜 또는 고정측 스페이서의 내경면에 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 장치. - 구름 베어링과 급유 장치의 조합으로 이루어지는 베어링 장치에 있어서, 급유 장치가, 상기 구름 베어링에 인접한 스페이서에 부착되고, 윤활유의 토출구를 가지는 윤활유 탱크, 펌프, 구동부, 전원부를 적어도 구비하며, 상기 윤활유 탱크가, 유연성을 가지는 주머니체(袋體)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 윤활유 탱크를 형성하는 주머니체가, 수지 시트를 겹쳐, 외주부를 열용착하여 형성한 것인 베어링 장치. - 구름 베어링과 급유 장치의 조합으로 이루어지는 베어링 장치에 있어서, 급유 장치가, 윤활유 탱크와, 윤활유 탱크로부터 윤활유를 흡인하여 토출구로부터 윤활유를 토출시키는 펌프와, 펌프를 구동하는 구동부와, 구동부에 전기 에너지를 부여하는 전원부와, 상기 펌프의 토출 배관에 설치된 윤활유의 누출을 방지하는 누출 방지 기구를 적어도 구비하며, 상기 급유 장치를, 구름 베어링의 고정륜측 부재 또는 구름 베어링에 인접한 스페이서에 부착시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 장치.
- 제 8에 있어서,
상기 누출 방지 기구가, 펌프의 토출 배관에 설치한 급유 동작 중에만 개방되는 개폐 밸브로 이루어지는 구름 베어링 장치. - 공작기계, 풍차 또는 철도에 사용되는 제 1항∼제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 구름 베어링 장치.
