Claims (4)
- 원동기(1)와, 이 원동기에 의해 구동되는 가변 용량형의 메인 펌프(2)와, 이 메인 펌프로부터 토출된 압유에 의해 구동되는 복수의 액추에이터(5∼12)와, 상기 메인 펌프로부터 상기 복수의 액추에이터에 공급되는 압유의 흐름을 각각 제어하는 복수의 유량 제어 밸브(26a∼26h)와, 상기 메인 펌프의 토출압이 상기 복수의 액추에이터의 최고 부하압(PLmax)보다 목표 차압(Pa)만큼 높아지도록 상기 메인 펌프의 토출 유량을 로드 센싱 제어하는 펌프 제어 장치(35)를 구비한 건설 기계의 유압 구동 장치에 있어서,
상기 메인 펌프로부터 상기 복수의 유량 제어 밸브에 압유를 공급하는 압유 공급 유로(2a, 4a)와 탱크(T)를 접속하는 제어 유로(51)에 배치되고, 상기 메인 펌프로부터 토출된 압유에 의해 구동 가능한 유압 모터(52)와,
이 유압 모터의 회전축(52a)에 연결된 발전기(53)와,
상기 유압 모터의 회전에 의해 상기 메인 펌프의 토출 압력이 상기 최고 부하압에 미리 정한 값(Pb)을 가산한 목표 제어 압력(Pun)보다도 높아지도록 상기 발전기를 발전 제어하는 제어 장치(55)와,
상기 발전기에서 발생한 전력을 축적하는 축전 장치(41)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 건설 기계의 유압 구동 장치. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 최고 부하 압력(PLmax)을 검출하는 압력 센서(54)를 더 구비하고,
상기 제어 장치(55)는, 상기 압력 센서에 의해 검출한 상기 최고 부하압에 상기 미리 정한 값(Pb)을 가산하여 상기 목표 제어 압력(Pun)을 연산하고, 이 목표 제어 압력에 의한 상기 유압 모터(52)의 회전 토크를 극복하는 크기의 상기 발전기(53)의 발전 토크를 계산하고, 이 발전 토크가 얻어지도록 상기 발전기를 발전 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 건설 기계의 유압 구동 장치. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 원동기(1)의 회전수가 저하됨에 따라 저하되도록 상기 로드 센싱 제어의 목표 차압(Pa)을 보정하는 보정 장치(30)를 더 구비하고,
상기 제어 장치(35)는, 상기 원동기의 회전수가 저하됨에 따라 감소하도록 상기 미리 정한 값(Pb)을 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 건설 기계의 유압 구동 장치. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 원동기(1)는 전동기를 포함하고, 상기 축전 장치(41)는 상기 전동기의 전원으로서 기능하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 건설 기계의 유압 구동 장치.
