Claims (32)
- 기판; 및 기판에 의해 지지되는 막을 포함하는 전기변색 소자로서, 막이 투명 도전성 옥사이드(TCO) 나노구조물들을 포함하는 전기변색 소자(electrochromic device).
- 제 1항에 있어서, 기판이 유리를 포함하는 전기변색 소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 기판이 투명한 물질을 포함하는 전기변색 소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 기판이 플라스틱을 포함하는 전기변색 소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 기판이 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PET)를 포함하는 전기변색 소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 나노구조물들이 TCO 나노결정(nanocrystal)들을 포함하는 전기변색 소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 나노구조물들이 TCO 나노와이어(nanowire)들을 포함하는 전기변색 소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 나노구조물들이 TCO 나노로드(nanorod)들을 포함하는 전기변색 소자.
