Claims (16)
- 탄화수소 공급물을 처리하여 원하지 않는 유기황 화합물의 농도를 감소시키는 처리 방법으로서,
분해성(labile) 유기황 화합물을 전환시키고 전환된 화합물과 전환되지 않은 입체 장해 난분해성 방향족 유기황 화합물을 함유한 수소화처리 유출액을 생성하는데 효과적인 온화한 수소화처리 공정으로 상기 탄화수소 공급물을 처리하는 단계;
수소화처리 유출액을 수소화처리 탄화수소 생성물로서 회수되는 방향족 희박 유분과 입체 장해 난분해성(refractory) 방향족 유기황 화합물을 함유하는 방향족 농후 유분으로 분리하는 단계;
방향족 농후 유분을 수소 존재 하에 이성화 촉매와 접촉시켜 특정 화합물의 입체 장해를 제거하고 아이소머레이트(isomerate)와 임의의 잔류 미반응 수소를 포함하는 이성화 유출액을 생성하는 단계; 및
적어도 일부의 이성화 유출액을 수소화처리 존에 재순환시키는 단계를 포함하는 처리 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 농후 유분을 이성화 촉매와 접촉시키기 전에, 방향족 농후 유분을 흡착제 물질과 접촉시켜 질소 함량을 감소시키고 흡착 유출액을 생성하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
수소화처리 유출액을 방향족 희박 유분과 방향족 농후 유분으로 분리하기 전에, 수소화처리 유출액을 플래싱(flashing)하여 경질 수소화처리 유출액과 중질 수소화처리 유출액을 생성하는 단계;
중질 수소화처리 유출액을 방향족 희박 유분과 방향족 농후 유분으로 분리하는 단계; 및
경질 수소화처리 유출액을 회수하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 처리 방법. - 제3항에 있어서, 적어도 일부의 중질 수소화처리 유출액을 다시 온화한 수소화처리 단계로 재순환시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
방항족 농후 유분을 이성화 촉매와 접촉시킨 후, 이성화 유출액을 플래싱하여 경질 이성화 유출액과 중질 이성화 유출액을 생성하는 단계;

경질 이성화 유출액을 회수하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 처리 방법. - 제5항에 있어서, 적어도 일부의 중질 이성화 유출액을 다시 온화한 수소화처리 단계로 재순환시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수소화처리 유출액을 방향족 희박 유분과 방향족 농후 유분으로 분리하는 단계가
수소화처리 유출액과 유효량의 추출 용매를 추출 존으로 처리하여 수소화처리 유출액의 방향족 함량 주요 비율과 일부 추출 용매를 함유한 추출물 및 수소화처리 유출액의 비방향족 함량 주요 비율과 일부 추출 용매를 함유한 라피네이트(raffinate)를 생성하는 단계;
상기 라피네이트로부터 적어도 상당 부분의 추출 용매를 분리하고 상기 방향족 희박 유분을 보유하는 단계;
상기 추출물로부터 적어도 상당 부분의 추출 용매를 분리하고 상기 방향족 농후 유분을 보유하는 단계를 포함하는 것인 처리 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 희박 유분이 지방족 유기황 화합물을 포함하는 것인 처리 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 지방족 유기황 화합물이 황화물, 이황화물, 및 머캅탄을 포함하는 것인 처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 농후 유분이 벤조티오펜, 벤조티오펜의 알킬화 유도체, 디벤조티오펜, 디벤조티오펜의 알킬 유도체, 벤조나프테노티오펜, 및 벤조나프테노티오펜의 알킬 유도체를 포함하는 것인 처리 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 농후 유분이 피롤, 퀴놀린, 아크리딘, 카르바졸 및 이들의 유도체를 포함하는 방향족 질소 화합물을 포함하는 것인 처리 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 농후 유분을 흡착제 물질과 접촉시키는 단계가
(a) 상기 방향족 농후 유분을 2개 충전 컬럼 중 제1 컬럼으로 통과시키는 단계.
(b) 제1 컬럼 통과를 중단하면서 상기 방향족 농후 유분을 제1 컬럼에서 제2 컬럼으로 이동시키는 단계;
(c) 제1 컬럼에서 흡착제 물질로부터 질소 함유 화합물 및/또는 다핵 방향족 화합물을 탈착하고 제거함으로써 흡착제 물질을 재생하는 단계;
(d) 제2 컬럼을 통해 플로우를 중단하면서 상기 방향족 농후 유분을 제2 컬럼에서 제1 컬럼으로 이동시키는 단계;
(e) 제2 컬럼에서 흡착제 물질로부터 질소 함유 화합물 및/또는 다핵 방향족 화합물을 탈착하고 제거함으로써 흡착제 물질을 재생하는 단계; 및
(f) 단계 (a)-(e)를 반복하는 단계를 포함하고, 이에 따라 방향족 농후 유분의 처리가 연속적인 처리 방법. - 원하지 않는 유기황 화합물을 함유하는 탄화수소 공급물을 처리하기 위한 장치로서,
상기 탄화수소 공급물을 수용하기 위한 입구와 수소화처리 유출액을 배출하기 위한 출구를 포함하는, 분해성 유기황 화합물을 전환하도록 운전 가능한 온화한 수소화처리 존;
수소화처리 유출액을 수용하기 위한 입구, 방향족 농후 출구 및 방향족 희박 출구를 포함하는, 수소화처리 유출액으로부터 방향족 유기황 화합물을 추출하도록 운전 가능한 방향족 분리 존; 및
방향족 농후 출구와 유체 연결되어 있는 입구와 아이소머레이트를 재순환하기 위한, 온화한 수소화처리 존 입구와 유체 연결되어 있는 이성화 반응 존 출구를 갖는 이성화 반응 존을 포함하는 장치. - 제13항에 있어서, 수소화처리 유출액 배출 출구와 유체 연결되어 있는 입구, 경질 수소화처리 유출액을 배출하기 위한 출구 및 중질 수소화처리 유출액을 배출하기 위한, 방향족 분리 존과 유체 연결되어 있는 출구를 갖는 플래싱 존을 추가로 포함하는 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 이성화 유출액 배출 출구와 유체 연결되어 있는 입구, 경질 이성화 유출액을 배출하기 위한 출구 및 중질 이성화 유출액을 배출하기 위한, 방향족 분리 존과 유체 연결되어 있는 출구를 갖는 플래싱 존을 추가로 포함하는 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 방향족 농후 배출 출구와 유체 연결되어 있는 입구 및 질소 함유 화합물의 농도가 감소된 추출물을 배출하기 위한 흡착 존 출구를 갖는 흡착 존을 추가로 포함하며, 여기서 이성화 반응 존 입구는 흡착 존 출구와 유체 연결되어 있는 것인 장치.
