Claims (9)
- 전기화학 셀용 포장재료로서,
수지 필름으로 이루어진 기재층;
최내층으로서 배열되어 열접착성 수지로 이루어진 열접착층; 및
상기 기재층과 상기 열접착층 사이에 배열되어 금속박으로 이루어진 배리어층을 적어도 함께 적층시켜 포함하되,
상기 배리어층의 적어도 상기 열접착층 측의 면에는 알루미나 입자와 변성 에폭시 수지를 함유하는 화성 처리층(chemical conversion treatment layer)이 형성되어 있는 것인 전기화학 셀용 포장재료. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배리어층의 상기 열접착층 측의 면에 형성된 상기 화성 처리층에는 변성 에폭시 수지를 포함하는 절연층이 적층되어 있는 것인 전기화학 셀용 포장재료.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 절연층의 두께가 0.5㎛ 이상 5㎛ 이하인 것인 전기화학 셀용 포장재료.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 절연층의 두께가 상기 알루미나 입자의 입경보다 큰 것인 전기화학 셀용 포장재료.
- 전기화학 셀용 포장재료로서,
수지 필름으로 이루어진 기재층;
최내층으로서 배치되어 열접착성 수지로 이루어진 열접착층; 및
상기 기재층과 상기 열접착층 사이에 배치되어 금속박으로 이루어진 배리어층을 적어도 적층시켜 포함하되,
상기 배리어층의 상기 열접착층 측의 면에는 복수의 금속 산화물 미립자가 3층 이상 퇴적되어 형성되는 절연층이 설치되고,
상기 금속 산화물 미립자의 평균 입경이 0.7㎛ 이하이며,

- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 바인더 용액은 인산을 함유하는 것인 전기화학 셀용 포장재료.
- 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 절연층의 두께가 2㎛ 이하인 것인 전기화학 셀용 포장재료.
- 제5항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 절연층의 상기 열접착층 측의 면에는 크롬계 화성 처리 또는 비크롬계 화성 처리가 실시되어 있는 것인 전기화학 셀용 포장재료.
