도 2 는 강 중의 불순물 Al 과 N 의 비 (Al/N) (횡축 : 질량비) 와 자속 밀도 (B8) (종축 : 단위 T) 의 관계를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 3 은 강 중에 첨가한 미량 원소의 종류 (횡축) 와 자속 밀도 (B8) (종축 : 단위 T) 의 관계를 비교하여 나타낸 도면이다.
도 4 는 강 중에 첨가한 미량 원소의 종류 (횡축) 와 자속 밀도 (B8) (종축 : 단위 T) 의 관계를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 5 는 평균 입경을 1.0 으로 규격화하였을 때의 표준 편차 (종축) 를, 재결정 소둔의 승온 속도 (횡축 : ℃/s) 와의 관계로 나타낸 도면이다.
