Claims (5)
- 악취 가스를 유입시켜 오존과 촉매를 이용하여 악취 성분을 제거한 후 정화된 가스를 배출하기 위한 악취 제거 장치(10)에 있어서,
악취 성분을 포함하는 악취 가스를 유입하여 오존으로 처리하여 잔류 오존 성분, 잔류 악취 성분, 오존과 악취 성분이 반응하여 생성된 중간체 물질인 휘발성 유기 화합물이 혼합된 가스로서 배출하는 오존처리부(12)와;
상기 오존처리부(12)에서 처리된 가스 중에서 잔류 오존 성분, 잔류 악취 성분, 및 휘발성 유기 화합물을 촉매 반응시켜 처리하여 배출하는 촉매층(143), 및 상기 촉매부(14) 내부의 온도를 실온으로부터 150 ~ 300℃로 상승시킬 수 있는 히터(147)를 구비하는 촉매부(14)를
포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오존과 촉매를 이용한 악취 제거 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 오존처리부(12)는, 100 ~ 280 nm의 파장을 가지는 UV-C 대역의 자외선을 방사하는 자외선 램프(123)를 구비하고, 상기 자외선 램프(123)에서 방사되는 자외선에 의해 오존이 발생되도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 오존과 촉매를 이용한 악취 제거 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 촉매층(143)은 홉칼라이트(hopcalite) 촉매 또는 홉칼라이트에 은을 함침한 촉매로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 오존과 촉매를 이용한 악취 제거 장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 촉매부(14)는 상기 촉매층(143)의 상류에 상기 히터(147)가 배치되고, 상기 촉매층(143)과 상기 히터(147) 사이에 악취농축층(145)을 더 포함하며, 상기 악취농축층(145)은 실온에서는 상기 촉매부(14)에 유입된 가스 중에서 잔류 악취 성분 및 휘발성 유기화합물을 선택적으로 흡착하였다가 온도가 150 ~ 300℃일 때 탈착시키는 것임을 특징으로 하는 오존과 촉매를 이용한 악취 제거 장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서, 상기 악취농축층(145)은 소수성 제올라이트(zeolite), 베타 제올라이트, USY 제올라이트, ZSM-5 제올라이트 중 적어도 하나의 성분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오존과 촉매를 이용한 악취 제거 장치.
