Claims (7)
- 연료가스를 공급받아 개질가스로 개질하는 연료전지용 전개질기에 있어서,
상기 연료가스가 유입되는 유입구와 상기 개질가스가 배출되는 배출구를 가지는 몸체부, 및 상기 몸체부의 내부에 장착되어 상기 연료가스를 개질하는 촉매부를 포함하며,
상기 촉매부는 상기 유입구 측에 장착되어 제1 온도에서 성능을 유지하는 제1 촉매, 및 상기 배출구 측에 장착되어 상기 제1 온도보다 낮은 제2 온도에서 성능을 유지하는 제2 촉매를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 전개질기. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1 촉매와 상기 제2 촉매 사이에 구비되어 상기 제1 촉매와 상기 제2 촉매 사이의 혼합을 방지하는 메시(mesh) 형태의 메시부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 전개질기. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1 온도는 700 ℃ 이상이고, 상기 제2 온도는 500 ℃ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 전개질기. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1 촉매는 귀금속계 촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 전개질기. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1 촉매는 산화물이 코팅된 니켈계 촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 전개질기. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제2 촉매는 니켈계 촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 전개질기. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 제1 촉매의 양은 상기 유입구로부터 상기 배출구까지의 온도 분포에 따라 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지용 전개질기.
