본 발명의 제조방법은 부가적인 설비 또는 용액 등이 요구되지 않아, 경제적이면서, 효율적으로 디메틸카보네이트를 제조하도록 한다.

Claims (8)
- ZrO(NO3)2, Ce(NO3)3 또는 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 촉매의 존재 하에서, 메틸카바메이트(methyl carbamate)와 메탄올을 반응시켜 디메틸카보네이트(dimethyl carbonate)를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 디메틸카보네이트 제조방법.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 메틸카바메이트는 메탄올과 요소의 반응에 의해 중간 생성물로 얻어진 것인 디메틸카보네이트 제조방법.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 질산염 전구체에 의해 활성화된 디메틸카보네이트 제조방법.
- 제3 항에 있어서, 상기 질산염 전구체는 ZrO(NO3)2, Ce(NO3)3 에서 선택된 1종 이상인 디메틸카보네이트 제조방법.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 메틸카바메이트 및 메탄올은 메틸카바메이트가 메탄올에 용해되어 있는 용액의 형태로 공급되는 디메틸카보네이트 제조방법.
- 제5 항에 있어서, 상기 용액에서 메틸카바메이트 및 메탄올의 몰비는 1 내지 30 인 디메틸카보네이트 제조방법.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 제조방법은 100 내지 180℃의 온도범위에서 수행되는 디메틸카보네이트 제조방법.
- 제7 항에 있어서, 상기 제조방법은 반응 압력이 대기압 또는 대기압 미만의 범위에서 수행되는 디메틸카보네이트 제조방법.
