Abstract
보다 구체적으로 본 발명에 대하여 설명하면, 본 발명은 도금된 강판을 이용하여 차량에 적용되는 도어프레임에 있어서, 상기 도금은 아연(zinc) 또는 아연합금(zinc alloy)계 금속을 이용하여 형성되며, 상기 강판의 일측은 도금부착량이 10g/㎡ 이하이고, 상기 강판의 반대측은 도금부착량이 20 내지 40g/㎡인 편차도금강판이 적용된 고내식성 도어프레임을 제공한다.

Claims (5)
- 도금된 강판을 이용하여 차량에 적용되는 도어프레임에 있어서,
상기 도금은 아연(zinc) 또는 아연합금(zinc alloy)계 금속을 이용하여 형성되며,
상기 강판의 일측은 도금부착량이 10g/㎡ 이하이고,
상기 강판의 반대측은 도금부착량이 20 내지 40g/㎡인 것을 특징으로 하는 편차도금강판이 적용된 고내식성 도어프레임.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 강판은 전기도금강판(electrogalvanized steel sheet)인 것을 특징으로 하는 편차도금강판이 적용된 고내식성 도어프레임.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 강판의 일측은 상기 도어프레임의 외면으로 형성되고,
상기 강판의 반대측은 상기 도어프레임의 내면으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 편차도금강판이 적용된 고내식성 도어프레임.
- 강판을 이용하여 차량에 적용되는 도어프레임의 제작에 있어서,
상기 강판을 도금하여 편차도금강판을 생산하는 단계;
상기 편차도금강판을 롤 성형하는 단계;
상기 롤 성형된 편차도금강판을 롤 스팟 용접하는 단계; 및
상기 롤 스팟 용접된 편차도금강판을 커팅 후 벤딩 또는 조립하는 단계; 를 포함하는 편차도금강판이 적용된 고내식성 도어프레임의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서 편차도금강판의 롤 성형 단계 중에,
상기 롤 성형된 편차도금강판을 냉각수를 이용해 세척·윤활·냉각시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 편차도금강판이 적용된 고내식성 도어프레임의 제조방법.
